Very good shop at least they f stocked up Nd they have everything nd u can pay electricity bills council tax any other bills.very good staff friendly nd honest.

The most terrible experience in a convenience store.
The gentleman East Indian clerk at the counter was practically obliging me to buy the wine of his preference and of course the most expensive no matter the shop has some bottles of Italian wine in good promotion.
Not accepting his wrong and aggressive advice , he started to mock on me and laughing about my decision.
It is wrong and he does not know at all about customer service or respect of the clients.
Most probably he realized I am a tourist and pretended to take advantage of my condition.
It is so weird, because all people in general but him in beautiful Edinburgh are extremely friendly and helpful .
So sad that he damaged the reputation of other nice people in such a beautiful city.
I will never go back to his convenience store !!!!

£5.99 for anti bacterial hand sanatizer, whilst on the phone looking for government corona grants your shop has probably never been so busy. People should not be charging mark ups on something that could save peoples lifes. You should sell these at cost to help the local community not holding them to ransom shame on you....

Unfriendly, poor customer service. Will not return.
