I’m a tourist visiting the local area. My local guide, Dewi Taylor managed to divert away from our ‘Cwmbran local attractions tour’ to visit ‘The T-Rex statue’. I was instantly intrigued as soon as I heard about it.

As the time was coming, corner by corner, bend by bend, minute by minute I was bursting at the seams with excitement. And then there it was. Peering over the garden fence - first impressions was that the T-Rex was looking sad and a bit depressed. But that couldn’t be further from the truth. Upon further inspection, from a side-on angle, you can see the dinos cheeky smile. It’s almost as if he’s sniggering under his breath having been caught at school throwing scissors at the teacher. I know I’ve been there before 😏

Great experience - would highly recommend to travellers from far and wide.
