Premier Inn Ashford Central hotel

Excellent position, just off the m20 but central to all amenities within 10mins drive. Room quite spacious, lovely big bed, bath with shower over, very clean. Well equipped with kettle, tea and coffee available, hairdryer, TV, comfy chair. Would have liked a second comfy chair so we had one each to sit in. Air conditioning was a plus. For improvement, a working socket on both sides of bed instead if one and USB ports would be very helpful. Very pleasant and helpful staff, very quiet and comfy room. We ate breakfast on two mornings and dinner on 1st evening very good, from adjoining restaurant. Would highly recommend. Well done all keep up the good work.

Very friendly welcome. Ashley went above and beyond to organise us a taxi at a competitive price. Callie personally organised a gift for us as we had become newly engaged. We rate very highly these two young ladies, and a third receptionist who checked us out. The building, and our room was as we expected, you know what you're getting at a Premier Inn, we do not have any complaints. Thank you reception staff, and behind the scenes staff, you're a great team.

We were very impressed with the staff both at the hotel and especially the restaurant. We couldn't have wished for anywhere more helpful and friendly.
We chose Premier Inn for an overnight before an early Shuttle crossing.

Over the last year and half I have had to use Premier Inns regularly in Kent, so am in a good place to compare different ones. Personally Ashford Central has been the best by far. If I had the choice this would be the one I stay in all the time. The staff are warm and friendly and make me feel at home. I have always been incredibly well looked after, in comfortable, clean rooms. Absolutely no complaints from me Ashford Central - well done and keep it up !

Stayed at the Premier Inn with my family a few days ago, staff are friendly and accommodating to all your needs, helped out with registering for the free parking. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable, giving a good nights sleep after along journey from France.

Me and my partner stayed here on christmas, and we had a lovely stay! Our room was clean and we had a very comfy bed. a christmas card and box of chocolates were also left for us by Sandra which was very lovely of her and the team. Very peaceful and relaxing stay!!

Always have clean and very comfortable rooms, and this trip the staff went out of their way with kindness and helpfulness.

Rooms was nice and and they made up an extra bed for the third person. Room was tidy and clean. Food was served at French Connection, a full buffet with some great food.

Fantastic staff, very polite and helpful.
Rooms are always clean and any issues are dealt with promptly or room change offered.

Very friendly staff across the hotel. Reasonably good location for our trip to Camber sands, only 20 Min away at very reasonable price and good breakfast and pub dinner. Rooms in new block are much nicer

Great Premier Inn, Central Ashford at Willesborough. I stayed there Christmas Day and Boxing Day to be near the William Harvey hospital as my mum was in hospital over Christmas. It was within walking distance. It was very comfortable and nice beds, had everything you wanted in the room tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and TV, didn't hear the traffic from the dual carriageway, nearby. The bathroom was large and had a shower and bath.The staff were very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The breakfast is extra but is reasonable at £9.50, I paid for it in the morning and it is just across the car park at Table Table French Connection restaurant. Really lovely big breakfast, all continental breakfast is buffet and help yourself to cereal, tea and coffee, toast, croissants, orange juice and fruit. The cooked breakfast has to be ordered but you can have much or as little as you want. Again lovely staff, helpful and friendly.

As a frequent guest at the Premier Inn Ashford Central, I have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities. The hotel has become a real home from home over the last year and the staff are a real credit to the establishment.

Lovely night stay, very good room, I arrived too late for my pre paid evening meal, refunded but receptionist could have told me there was a McDonalds just behind the hotel. Breakfast superb, I was ready for it.
