Mark Convenience Store

My nearest corner shop. Packed full of groceries, drinks, sweets and also a drop off for Evri parcels with a label printer in store. Recently the owners added a fresh, small vegetable selection outside the store and they also sell Indian snacks. Reliable and friendly.

Couple who run Marks are so nice, always cheerful and very helpful, ideal shop for my parcels, keep up the good work 😊

Today I took a parcel to be returned and never used Hermes uk drop off before, so i asked the lovely gentlemen in there for help. He showed me step by step what to do and so very helpful and now i feel able to do it for future parcels i need to return. Also i won't be going anywhere else other than Mark convenience store. Naresh is a friendly person and his customer service is brilliant. I have sent a number of parcels from his shop with no issues at all. On my last send he helped me out to put the correct address label and bar code on the box

I have just had a lesson off Nash on how to use the Hermes machine. He and his wife are both so helpful and kind. I’m always happy to go into their shop as they are always so kind and helpful.

Great service by the owner especially the Gent, for the last few years of me going there… recently I requested Schweppes Cordial as didn’t like the Britvic they had in store, he went an extra mile and bought a case of it… big thanks for a top notch customer service…

The service here is wonderful. The lady is always polite and helpful. It is not my nearest shop but I use it because of this. Very pleasant experience and I like going there.
