The Pub Ramsgate

This is one of the best pubs in Ramsgate. With great locals and an amazing pub owner. It is a micropub with a large ever changing range of ales, lagers, ciders and wines. This has quickly become my local.

The Pub is so friendly, warm and welcoming! I have made new friends, tried both new Real Ales & Cider (and very reasonably priced I might say!) It is my favourite local "go to" pub and highly recommend it!.....Well done you guys and keep up the great work, great ales.....oh yes, and your German beer festival's lol!!....Prost! 🍺🍺

Great selection of beers that change frequently, super friendly owner who is always chatty and very accommodating when we bring our little one in. Nothing gluten free beer wise, but plenty of ciders and wines (and spirits too!). Cozy inside, really nice job on the decor. Well worth a visit if you're in town and like good quality, local kentish beers.
*update... Beer selection has been awesome and it's almost an impossibility that you won't find something on tap/in the fridge you won't like. Really speedy turn around too - if you like good beer and having the chance to try something different/new it's brilliant. Local artwork has also made an excellent addition to the atmosphere (and it's very cool)

This pub is an absolute Gem! So many lovely beers, IPA’s and sours. It’s a beer drinkers dream

Fantastic little micro pub. Great staff behind the bar and made me feel very welcome both times I visited. Will definitely be back for another pint or two when visiting Ramsgate again.

Lovely little pub which super dog friendly. I enjoyed a large selection of cider. Nicola was very welcoming and served our dog Stella a nice cold bowl of water with a side of treats. Great atmosphere Ramsgates hidden gem for pub gooers

Lovely little micro pub. Nice selection of beers, ales, cider and wine. Nice and cosy and a couple of tables outside for us dirty smokers 😊. Dogs are welcome.

Everything you want and expect from a micro-pub; friendly staff, relaxed homely vibe, music softly playing in the background, dog friendly and a selection of excellent cask and keg beers (cider and wine too). Was busy late afternoon into the evening but quietened out around 7/8pm. They let us bring in food from the equally excellent chippy next door. Great value for money and if this place can offer a cheap pint it goes to show that there’s no reason for bigger pubs to be charging £6+ a pint! Only thing that baffled me was how it was so quiet on a Friday night!

Nicola from the pub is amazing. The atmosphere was a night to remember. Nicola is highly educated in the trade of beers and cider and nicola will recommend the drink that suits tast buds and you won't disappointed. So make your way down to the pub and have a blast.

A proper pub, no Sky Sports, no 1 arm bandit and no jukebox, just beer, wine, cider or whatever takes your fancy and some good old fashioned conversation. Some great ales on tap, none of the gas filled fiz that main stream establishments offer. Friendly host and customers who were all very discerning about Real Ale. 😁😁😁 Will definitely be visiting again when in Ramsgate.

I work here part time with lovely Nicola!!! Her beers are kept exceptionally well, and the rest of the drinks menu is sooo good, there is something for everyone, including doggy snacks for our four legged patrons. Amazing locals already, considering she has only been open several weeks. Nicola is extremely passionate about good real ale and tasty wines from all around the world. If I'm serving you, be prepared for bad jokes, a loud laugh but a huge smile for every single customer 😁😁

Went here for the first time this week. Nico is a great host. She is very knowledgeable about her beers which are kept in excellent condition. They are also very reasonably priced,both the draught and craft beers . Only in area for 2 days and visited the pub twice. A very satisfying experience.

What a great little pub! This has become my local since moving to Ramsgate in 2020. There is always a great selection of real ales, keg beers, and ciders. The staff are friendly and knowledgable about their beers. Added bonus that everything is very reasonably priced!

Love this little gem! Great selection of real ales alongside an extensive bar selection. Record player free to use, lovely staff, beautiful art on walls for sale and one of the cheapest places to drink in town. Highly recommended!!
