Went to the M&S in Waverley station today and the young man at the self service checkouts was so helpful, lovely and friendly I almost cried with gratitude (I was a little stressed about platforms). He's a absolute credit to your store. (In addition, I loved the selection of products, I live rurally and this was a treat!)

Great selection of relatively healthy food, especially for a solo traveler who doesn’t alway think ahead in making dinner reservations at local restaurants for 1 person! This particular location saved me a few times because they are open later than most of the other locations!

In the heart of Princes St and right outside where I get my bus, M&S does not disappoint! Being on my own, I was a little nervous at going to the cafe. But the staff were helpful and I was able to enjoy a cuppa and one of their fruit scones! Delicious! It wasn't too busy either, which was great! The food hall has lots of different foods for each palate and there are loads of clothes and accessories to choose from! I won't be nervous going in alone again! I scoffed the scone before I could take any photos!!

Small, busy store with a decent range of groceries but mostly catering for the traveller so a wider range of sandwich and snack items.

Once saw them deal with a potentially embarrassing incident, quickly and discreetly -well done to the caring staff.

Great range if sandwiches and other foodstuffs with their normal high standard, busy but with self serve and full serve check out options very little dwell time. Recommended

Didn't notice that I'd dropped my ticket when paying. But fantastic member of staff did and handed it to staff on train, saving my day. Brilliant customer service. Thank you!

After having a rubbish day at work I went to your store to purchase some grapes to comfort eat in my travels home
The lady serving me (I think her name was Fida she had an Italian flag on her badge) was so lovely to me it cheered me right up amazing staff and service! I hope this gets back to her.

Great wee shop and it's gone nearly all self service checkout and has increased the number of till points. A definite plus when dashing for a train.

This is the perfect place to pick up something for takeaway before boarding the train. A nice selection of sandwiches and drinks.
