Fri 26.1.24 13.20 Julie from Cosmetics department was very helpful. She answered my phone call and assisted me with a pharmacy enquiry. She went to speak to them for me after I had been trying to get through to them for a long time. Julie went above and beyond.

My wife got a nice makeup session by a very helpful and friendly artist. I bought some items, which with special offers, were cheaper than Amazon. Very happy

I went into boots Chester today to ask if it was possible to exchange a bottle of perfume a refill bottle that my husband had bought by mistake , a lady of the no7 counter came to help and said because the wrapping wasn’t on it she didn’t think she could do anything, but called the store manager the store manager was amazing very friendly and let me exchange a £100 bottle , for a normal bottle instead of a refill.I definitely hadn’t used it and wasn’t aware that it had wrapping on it when my husband bought it for me , she was very kind and helpful, I have to say the no7 lady short blond hair gave me a back handed comment that they would not be able to sell it now and seemed in a bad temper. I’m only glad the store manager actually helped me which was very kind indeed . Thank you .

Was here to buy some aftershave for myself. Served by a charming gentleman who helped me. Sorry, didn’t get his name. Bought my favourite Sauvage by Dior. Great deal on for a 300ml bottle and got a gift and samples too which I didn’t expect. Great customer service. Will come back for Christmas gifts soon🤙

We went to the pharmacy and the staff were really helpful. Boots was very busy, with queues and waits for the prescriptions. The staff remained calm and professional, ensuring all the safety checks were done.

What to thank you lady on the pharmacy counter (sorry didn’t get her name). The queue was sizeable with only one lady at the counter. There were a few people in front of us and all were complaining about something or other. She handled everything in a calm and professional manner. I enquired about getting the right flu medication as my dad has high blood pressure. She went out of her was make sure I purchased the right medication. Super helpful and polite.

To The Manager I feel the amount of prescriptions that the few hardworking staff have to get through isn’t reasonable. When the Boots at The Forum closes in December the amount will increase even more. The cupboard and small area they have to work in needs a complete rethink too. I found what I wanted near the prescription desk. There was a queue so I looked for another till . I couldn't go to a self service till as my item had a security device on it. A member of staff saw me dithering and led me to a suitable till and handled my purchase. Excellent service!

Lovely helpful staff, tills are mainly self serve, but good stock levels. Use it or lose it

It’s a shame the other cosmetic counters don’t have samples to offer.

bit slow in the pharmacy part atm but always a good accurate service. Am happy with my chemist. I believe the wait is due to locum cover so expect a wait but be patient the staff have always been good with me.
plenty of choice within the shop, I've always seen boots as up market high street chemist supermarket and gave always been put on with their prices, but my opinion has changed a bit as they do have some value products something for everyone and their budget!

Staff are lovely and really helpful! I spoke to a wonderful lady called Diane at the Chanel counter and she was so professional but friendly, down to earth and super helpful. Other members of staff helped me out by finding the automated doors so I could push my pram and bags of shopping out without too much stress. All in all, a really heart warming experience which was not stressful, and make me crack a smile! This store is a ‘super store’ with makeup counters, clothes, and all the perfumes and products you would expect with a basic boots as well as a dedicated area for Christmas gifts. I will definitely make the effort to travel back to this store when I next have the chance as my experience was so positive. Thank you!

Great choice, wide selection of makeup available. If they don't have the item you need you can order online to be delivered in store. The staff are really friendly. A choice of manned or self service checkouts are available. Good selection of ready made sandwiches and meal deals available.

Really nice place. They have the different make up brand stands, they do make up. They also have a lot of hair products like the different hair dyes, a lot of brands of shampoo, conditioner, hair masks etc. They also have hair dryers and curlers. You can also get a lot of different perfumes are good prices. The staff is really nice and there are people who will help you find your make up match and people who will try and help you with choosing a certain product.

Boots Optician staff were all very professional and friendly, following Covid-19 guidelines.
Trying on the glasses is a little more restrictive as you may miss pairs if they've already been tried by someone else and then have to be placed in the basket to be cleaned but this is a small price to pay for customer safety.
I've bought 3 new pairs and utilised the 1/2 price offer for additional pairs so I'm really happy 😊.
