J&C Home Services Ltd

J&C Home Services Ltd came out very promptly on a Sunday to deal with a water leak in our attic. They were polite and efficient and would recommend their excellent service.

We had a bad experience with our boiler which eventually got sorted by J&C - highly recommended 👍✔

Fantastic service. Reported a leak under my sink at 4.40pm tonight (on a Sunday) and by 6:40pm the leak was repaired. Baring in mind J&C are based an hour away from where I live you cannot fault this service. Really didn't expect a repair to be done on a Sunday! The chap was also friendly and was in and out of my property in minutes. Absolutely brilliant

We've had J&C out to our property twice for separate issues we have had with our boiler and couldn't recommend them any more highly. They were prompt and on time and entirely courteous the entire time. Our boiler was installed in the house before we moved in so we weren't aware of the issues we'd have with this specific brand which has resulted in the recurring issues but they advised us on the best way forward and fixed the various problems when they have occured.
Consistently the best service and doesn't cost the Earth either.
Definitely a five star from us and highly recommended.

The heating failed and we had no heating at all. Jonathan was so helpful and attended the following morning from calling in the late afternoon.

The fault was quickly found and a temporary fix was put in place immediately to provide heating.

Quote was created and provided the next morning and was extremely reasonably priced.

Works were carried out quickly and to a very high standard. Clean and tidy, very considerate of our property - shoe covers worn at all times and cleaned up and left everything tidy.

Service was so good I would recommend to anyone. It’s good to know someone so good and will be inviting Jonathan back to complete our boiler service when it’s due.

But Mr. Gulpreek came on time and performed the job very nicely. He was very courteous and his customer service was amazing. He is a superstar.

We had asked Jonathan for a quote for putting in oil central heating in our Lodge. After his prompt response and assessment of the work that needed to be done and once we had the quote we were happy to have Jonathan do the job.

I would highly recommend this plumber! He always called us before he turned up in the morning, very clean and tidy in his work, does a very professional job, explains what he is doing, is very punctual and works very hard when on site.

His apprentice Oliver is equally very professional and excellent at his job.

I was recommended to this company by a neighbour and couldn't be happier with the service received. I called up about a leak with my boiler and lack of hot water, I had Jonathan (the engineer) come round the next day - he gave a time frame of his arrival between 12 and 6pm and had arrived just after 12.

Excellent service. From the offset, we were told when approximately Jonathan would be around. This though a small detail told me he cares about his customers. He arrived with Oliver keen to understand my concerns prior to cracking on. He explained what the problem was and - the solution. Great work ethic. Great personal manner. Couldn't be happier.

Contacted through Check a Trade and got almost immediate response and booking time to give a quote. Jonathan turned up when we agreed, put foot coverings on and was polite and friendly. I explained the job and he measured up and went away. Professional quote received through email and agreed to the work. Rohan completed phase 1 and phase 2 of the works agreed and when the new bath panel didn't fit (I have a strange shaped bath) he took the old one and worked his magic to restore it and it honestly looks brand new. Had a emergency at home last weekend with a burst pipe to my tap. J&C attended within a hour which i was obviously very releived about. The enginneer that attended was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had the parts on his van and got us back up and running in no time. Highly reccommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing service, was having some concerns with my boiler and error code continually popping up. Contact J&C and it was quick response with all the details. Their engineer was communicative with a friendly and polite attitude, they explained all the work that had been done. J&C are the first thought in my head when it comes to my home.

I had problems with my hot water pressure in certain rooms and wanted a pump fitting . Jonathan said he would have a look at my system which he did and he carried out some tests then rather that fit a pump I needed some new taps which was less expensive and worked like a dream . Rohan who carried out the work was clean , tidy and very thorough and professional. A friend recommended them who has also had some fantastic experiences.

I had a water leak and a failed boiler after the recent freeze. A J&C engineer came round at the arranged time and identified and fixed the leak, and fixed and serviced my boiler. He sorted all the problems without any fuss, and in a helpful and reassuring way. The leak was a major source of anxiety, the fix completed by J&C could not have been easier. The cost made me smile too.I was delighted that I chose them, and would call them first if I had another cause to.

I can't rate Jonathan and his company highly enough. After smelling gas and having our heating shut off in January, I called multiple companies who didn't want to help but Jonathan was straight out and not only found the leak, he got us back up and running in no time. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a friendly, organised, and skilled engineer working on their heating.

Where do I start? First of all the Service and attention to detail Jonathan (J&C Home Services) provided was first class.
We needed a service quickly due to us going away. Jonathan came on Saturday, just 2 days after my initial contact.
We had originally booked a different local company to Service our Gas Boiler (not through Local Heroes) but on arrival the guy hadn't got a clue about our boiler so I looked up Local Heroes and Jonathan's response was immediate.
On arrival it was obvious he knew his stuff and he set to work. He was thorough, clean and tidy (a definite hit with my wife!).
We would have no hesitation in recommending Jonathan of J&C Home Services to anyone. Definitely a 5 star tradesman who knows his stuff and is prompt, professional, polite, clean and tidy.

J and C attended my malfunction boiler. I had been told it needed replacing at £4k cost by another firm. He checked it's operating values...all well within tolerances. He then ordered a spare part ( electrical start up system) retuned couple of days later and fitted. Cost me £150 quid. Perfect operation since.
