You have excellent customer service skills...every customer that i ve seen gets the same 5 star treatment
Believe me that if we want to be ignored....there are plenty of other places to visit
It is this talent/gift that makes you stand out from The Rest
There is also another young gent the same.
You need to sprinkle your magic over some of your collegues........they are ok but could be better

I came from Bristol today to work and popped into this shop a few minutes ago, I was served by a gentleman in a white shirt and he packed my shopping for me after I asked for a bag, this sounds ridiculous but I’ve never had my shopping packed for me before in a coop at home and it just really made me smile, I have had the worst day and this member of staff managed to put a smile on my face without realising it, thank you!

The people working at this Co-op are some of the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered; they will go out of their way to assist you, even helping you get the most for your money or advising you on products that they've tried and enjoyed!

It's a friendly little CoOp all you could ask from a store open 7 - 11. How those delivery lorries pirouette into place!

It had what I wanted and the staff was very helpful and polite.

Just a good well stocked small supermarket, handy if you run out of something. Good stock of wine and beer/cider. The staff here have always been nice, friendly and helpful.

Well stocked neat and tidy shop, with a good selection and little discount section can get some bargains. I live nearby and often pop in. The staff are usually okay, but the other day I literally had to stand and wait at the counter while a the staff member was texting. After saying hello? She said yeah yeah … finished the text, put my things through while holding the phone. Then went back to texting … so I had too interrupt to ask for a bag, and the receipt. It was pretty terrible customer service.

It reopened after a refresh yet still feels cramped and poorly laid out, stock choices are abit odd. Convenient open times

Feels a bit cramped, but well stocked. However it's expensive and the chicken looks dodgy. No self checkout either

I had just gone to get something, as I walked next to the doors I noticed the doors are closed and another person standing outside so as they opened the doors I asked if they have closed!
The response I got was "YES WE ARE SO CAN YOU GO"
I WAS NOT EVEN WALKING INSIDE

THE LADY WAS SO AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE SHE ENDED UP COMING TO MY FACE AND SHOUTING IN MY FACE!
