We’ve always been very pleased with this dental practice. The staff are friendly. Our dentist is very good. He is very patient and kind with my children which puts us all at ease. He explains things clearly so we can understand our treatment and options. From our experiences I would definitely recommend this surgery to people looking for a dentist in this area.

Needed urgent appointment due to cracked tooth. Unfortunately earliest appointment was a week away so booked it. Within an hour I received a call offering an emergency appointment the next day due to a cancellation.I cannot thank them enough, reception staff so helpful and friendly and really care about their patients.

5 star for sure. The three names that NEED mentioning are Sarah, Ellie and Malcolm. These are the three people i dealt with throughout my appointments and i couldn't of asked for a better 3 people to deal with. From start to finish the service they provided was incredible (and this is from someone who doesnt like dentist). Will never go anywhere else again, well done guys.

Had an unbearable tooth ache, called every dentist in a 1 hour drive radius. They managed to fit me in, when no other could. Was a bit of a wait time but I was told about that before coming. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful.

100% recommended. I have been petrified of dentists from a young age however Olga is helping me overcome that and has been amazing! My treatment plan has been ongoing and I’m so thankful for Olga! Receptionists are very welcoming too!

As others have commented, I too have had several bad experiences at dentists in the past & was anxious to be having a large, deep filling today. Can’t thank the dentist enough : I saw Aum Parekh, who was kind & professional. I felt reassured by his calm manner & explanation of my treatment. For a 50 min procedure, I had 2 injections, had no pain & actually felt calm & in capable hands. Thank you! 100% recommend this dentist.

Fantastic. The staff go above and beyond. My 6 year old has always had positive experiences and made to feel at ease. We have the whole family in here. Can not praise enough. Thank you Jdrm

A pleasant experience in Jdrm Okham with Dentist Malcolm he is a very experienced and professional dentist. The rest of the staff is very cooperative and welcoming too. Highly recommend this place for your routine checkups and more.

Referred to JDRM Dental Care via 111 for an emergency molar removal. Was in agony and was treated with absolute care and efficiency and good humour. I was surprisingly nervous before arriving, which disappeared as soon as they sat me down. Many thanks and hugely appreciated.

Brilliant dentist, especially for nervous patients. My first visit was well overdue and I was terrified but Olga was so kind and patient. I now don't feel quite as scared about going and my teeth are getting the treatment they need. I definitely recommend this dentist.
