I recently visited mydentist for a cleaning. Sarah, the hygienist, explained how I need to maintain good oral hygiene in an informative and helpful way. The whole experience was very professional, and Sarah's attention to detail during the cleaning made me feel reassured and eager to take her advice on board. I left the dentist with a sparkling clean smile. I found the gbt therapy treatment was very effective and and I would recommend this service to others. Sarah's expertise and care truly made the visit worthwhile!

I have suffered from heavy wear to my teeth for sometime, and was recommended by my old dentist to look at having this corrected. they were not a large enough practice to offer the remedial work. I went for an appointment in early June at My Dentist and Dr Boglarka Kovacs (Dr Bobbi) arranged a plan of corrective treatment. For the past 2 months I have been undergoing extensive dental work to adjust my bite, remove and replace old fillings with crowns and white fillings. The work is now completed, although on going checks and monitoring will continue. I have to say that Dr Bobbi was extremely professional and competent throughout, as was her assistant Rachel. They made a lengthy and difficult process as straightforward and painless as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend them and the practice for dental treatment, and will be staying with them moving forward.

I am a very nervous patient and I can honestly say Bobbi and her lovely dental nurses have been brilliant - so calm and patient with me and so helpful with ideas of how to calm my nerves. Latest preparation for a crown was pain free and everything was explained and each time I go it gets easier

Bobby/Sarah (amazing hygienist) has completely saved my gums. In my fifties I've been finally shown how to properly look after my teeth and gums. And Hayley is a great dentist.

Dr Bobbi was excellent throughout my treatment, I had 0 pain throughout the whole process. From root canal to post to crown. 0 pain or discomfort. Will certainly be booking in with her again. Thank you!!

I went to see my dental practice in Leicester, Oakham. I saw a Dental Therapist by the name of Anna Barton. I have a bit of health anxiety, so I was a bit nervous but Anna put me at ease straight away. Before commencing the dental cleaning, she was on hand to answer all my questions and treated my teeth with great care and attention. If you want someone who has a genuine care for patients and their dental health, I would 100% recommend using her services. She will carry out a great service in a kind professional manner.

Dr Bobbi and her assistant have been amazing over the course of the last year with my ClearCorrect plan. They are so helpful and professional. I can not recommend them highly enough!

Thank you so much to Hayley. I have had a problem with a tooth for a long time and was getting nowhere with my previous dentist so thought I would try My Dentist as I was in complete agony. I was seen at very short notice and Hayley went through all the options and then carried out the procedure. Her and Kam made the whole experience calm and very quick. I am happy I have now found a new dentist. I am so grateful to have had treatment and not just been bamboozled with too many different options. From my initial phone call to paying at Reception everyone was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend My Dentist to anyone.

Such a lovely, lovely experience. I am from abroad, just moved into the UK, so a toothache was not expected. They offer me help super quick and from the person who answer the first call, to Hayley my dentist, they were all so sweet and understanding. They help me navigate not just the emergency but also mention some ways to deal with some older issues and also how to manage the system being aware of the acute pain and also the price. Honestly, I am so so greatful. I 100% recommend them!

Just had a hygienist treatment with Claire. Had air flow and can honestly say my teeth have never felt cleaner. Both Claire and her assistant were brilliant. Also, a shout out to the receptionist who was welcoming and helpful. Very friendly environment and parking is so easy outside the main entrance. See you again soon.

Dr Bobby and Jola have been amazing! I’ve had ongoing treatments to give me my ideal smile and they have been professional, friendly and thorough. I was nervous of the dentist initially but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and my teeth look fantastic! 100% recommend.

As a very nervous patient who has had such bad experiences from dentists since a young age, I was very nervous coming here but had no choice as I was in so much pain!
Waqas and Lauren were amazing. Waqas was recommended by a friend and he was ever so patient with me which kept me in control of the procedure. He numbed my gums and tested it out before he started the procedure. There was a lot of waiting around because of how nervous i was. Dr Waqas was very light handed and ever so gentle. He took his time and spoke to me through out the procedure. Lauren was ever so nice as she held my hand and was very empathetic which is what you need in that situation. I don't think I would let anyone else touch my teeth other than Waqas from now on.

Absolutely amazing. I was seen by Mustafa and Ewa. They were very kind and patient. Explained my dental problem and made me feel comfortable. Happy with the service and speed with getting an appointment. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend them.

I have nothing but praise for My Dentist in Oakham. When I first signed up, I was absolutely petrified of the thought of going to the dentist, like many people are. The reception team are always fantastic, especially Kristina for being so welcoming, kind and caring.

My dentist, Hayley, and her Dental Nurse, Chelsey are amazing! They’re so patient and I genuinely feel that they always have the best of their patients well-being at the forefront of their minds, whilst also making sure their patients feel at ease.

Hi, I am a very anxious person and to find a dentist that has the patients of a saint, hold my hand in the scary bits and allow me to take a stress breaks, if I need to is brilliant. Hayley and Kam are truly a brilliant team, Kam for doing a few things one handed (as she was holding my hand, with the other) and Hayley for making things as painless and as quick as possible.

I have always been delighted with services offered by this practice. All receptionists are friendly, welcoming, professional and helpful. Today Christina and Kerensa managed a busy waiting room and constant phone calls with their usual efficiency and kindness.
My dentist, Bhavin, inspires confidence. He is warm, welcoming and comforting. He quickly offers solutions to problems, explains what he is going to do, makes sure you understand and have no questions and then he gets on with it. He is incredibly gentle and reassuring, the consummate professional. Rachel is an ideal dental nurse, she too is gentle and professional. She is very skilful and also makes sure the patient is comfortable with the procedures.
I have always felt safe in the surgery and I know everyone does their very best to ensure every experience is a positive one.
I am very grateful for all the care I have received. Thank you all very much.

I saw Mr Mustafa + Jordan at the practice in Oakham. I am extremely nervous of going for dental treatment but he was very good, he was kind and patient took time to put me at my ease he explained everything about the treatment that he would be doing. I certainly will have no problem going back for further treatments. The receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming.

Visiting the dentist is normally stressful and uncomfortable but having had treatment today at Mydentist Oakham, although l was in terrific pain, my visit was incredibly stress free and extremely comfortable. The treatment from Dr Hayley was highly informative and skillful. Kameron was a perfect assistant. I am now out of pain and actually looking forward to my return! Highly recommended.
