We had the most perfect day at the hidden hive celebrating our wedding. From start to finish all the details and put questions were sorted. The team were incredible and the recommended suppliers really made our day. All our guests were wowed by the venue, it's setting and the food and drink and we are still getting messages from guests saying it was the best wedding they've been to! Being completely biased we agree as it was perfect

The Hidden Hive will forever be a special place for us and the help from all involved at the venue really allowed us to make it our day. No request was too much and solutions were always given if there was anything that couldn't be done. The venue itself is beautiful even on an overcast spring day. Having the ceremony and reception all at one site really allowed for the place to become apart of the day. The venue allowed us to bring a number of personal touches to the day, on top of the 5 cars full of decorations we did ourselves, we had multiple classic cars displayed, a tandem bicycle, doves, and alpacas! The venue assisted with the band we had on our day and the caterers and bar team were all top notch. Everyone working felt a part of the day which gave a great atmosphere to which we couldn't have had without!

Wow wow wow !! I recently photographed a wedding here and secretly fell in love with this venue!! It is the most gorgeous setting for you to do your wedding in your way. The ceremony room is stunning and the tipis for your reception are just beautiful and in the middle of the most gorgeous grounds!! It’s a gem of a wedding venue !!

I recently photographed a wedding at this venue and highly recommend it. Tucked away in the countryside with a picturesque lake onsite, it boasts a beautiful ceremony room where the sides can be removed during summer and fantastic teepees for the reception.

Wow! I’m lost for words at how incredible this venue is! Our wedding day was the most amazing day and this place and team made it! We booked the hidden hive many years ago and took a massive gamble on an outdoorsy wedding risking the weather, boy it paid off! Our day was breathtaking! The team, Ella and Lucy who helped coordinate were professional, reassuring and super attentive! Besides the fact it is stunning their set up and de rig system worked a treat and honestly I cannot fault it! They were worth every single penny and more and we wish we could do it over and over again! Thank you all so much for making our day so memorable and stress free in such a gorgeous setting! We got married at The Hidden Hive 13/05/2023. We were recommended the venue and our first viewing on a wet July evening actually reduced us to tears. The place and its surroundings are breathtaking. The team are knowledgable, helpful and shove all incredibly friendly and approachable. You will be hard pushed to find anything else lovely quite like this amazing venue and staff. 1000000% recommended

We have just used The Hidden Hive for our daughters wedding and am pleased to say it was an amazing day. The venue itself is beautiful with loads of space all in your private area. Dani who is event manager really knows her stuff and as such made everything about the day easy.

This venue is defo worth a visit if your planning an event and can guarantee it definitely has the WOW factor.

Fantastic venue! Attended a wedding here, the setup is just brilliant. There's a Barn for the Ceremony and a huge Tipi for everything else and a huge grassed area The staff are really helpful and friendly.

Very romantic location for a wedding. If you love nature, then this could be for you. Lots of natural wood and materials. A little 'churchy-idea' building for the official ceremony with wooden benches. A path to walk up to it, to make a beautiful entrance. Outside area which has covers to prevent to getting wet when raining. Outside and inside bar area. Clean sanitary block outside and only accessible from the outside. Main party area has a large seating area with tables, but also one with comfortable seats and couches. A dancefloor in the middle completes the party area.
Can be cold I side when outside is not too warm.
Area is within a gated surrounding. So privacy guaranteed. Lakes and woods compliment the place as photos can be taken everywhere.
Camping facilities in a wedding village (part of the campsite adjacent and not of Hidden Hives) is within walking distance. Large tents with beds are available for rent. Mind you, they are very expensive to rent (£250 + camping costs!), have no heating and didn't have enough bedding to be warm enough on a cold night. Still, when warm enough an ideal place to stay. Campsite itself, next to it, is top and far cheaper, so bring your own tent or camper and stay there.

Beautiful wedding venue, the ceremony barn is directly opposite the tipi’s.
Very clean and staff were great and asked if we’d like a drink (we were photographers)
I did struggle with the amount of wasps but I put my big boy pants on and powered through it.
The food was really good as well.

Had the pleasure of attending some friends wedding at The Hidden Hive, wow, brilliant experience (even better when the weathers on your side). Staff were very friendly and helpful - a special mention for Lucie who looked after us until the end of the night.

Really beautiful setting and amazing tepee. Toilets spotless. The only improvement needed is for the entrance to be made more visible

Wow what a fantastic venue and team. When I was asked to dj at the venue I had festival images in my mind, however on arrival I was pleasantly surprised! The tipi was huge and delicately decorated, the weather was not on our side but the venue was a delight, with its indoor fire places and bar, as well as a fantastic team. The food was beautiful and perfectly cooked, all of the staff were all helpful, polite and efficient. As I was the dj, it was good music haha I would defiantly recommend for a fantastic and different wedding or event venue!!

Went to an evening wedding reception there. It is a beautiful setting and the tent/marques are lovely.

We just want to express how absolutely chuffed we were with the staff who were there on our big day. The event planner Scott was literally the best person to have around us. Everything ran on time, guests knew what was going at every moment of the day and we were so so relaxed around, it was almost like he was just an extra helpful guest!
Also thanks to Black Pepper Mint who's food was stunning and and the staff were super friendly.
The actual venue itself couldn't have been more perfect for us and our guests. It was chill, individual and absolutely stunningly beautiful.

Had our wedding at The Hidden Hive Friday 21st July and had the most amazing day and night that we will never forget. Dani and Millie our Event Coordinators were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure our day went smoothly. The caterers Black Peppermint and Bar company Mix and Twist were just second to none. Cannot recommend this venue enough xxx

I'm a wedding photographer and have shot at hundreds of venues. The Hidden Hives Tipis are great for people wanting a laid back or festival vibe for their wedding and something a bit different from the norm, staff were really friendly also.
