Prompt and supportive out of hours call. Very helpful, explained fees in advance due to it being Easter Sunday. Not as much as I was expecting and much relieved to have effective treatment for poorly puppy.

Always very helpful & my doggie is quite content going there.

So polite and lovely, walked in and got a booking for next week and lots of advice for a new puppy owner, registered in no time at all, excellent service!

Visited kington practice today. I was able to bring the appointment forward as we arrived too early for the original appointment. The vet was amazing ty, had tests done on gnash, and it's all fine. Ty Arrowfield vets. My doggo getting better.

They are very good and gentle with my guinea pigs, even my shy guinea pigs like going! Also I put 2 logs in their shed to keep their nails short as they recommended :)

Absolutely the best vet that I've experienced thus far! If more than five stars was available they would have it. From the reception to the vets working there, the amount of love and care my girls get is amazing. I've never known any dogs to be excited to go to the vet, but I can't keep my girls in the car when they get there!

Friendly staff, reliable service, used these a few times now, yes they are a bit expensive but so are most vets, can't fault them at all, always help and explain what they have done and what you got to do if anything. Never had no problems so far :)

Always friendly and helpful, and very gentle with my two scared torties recently adopted from CPL. Put me at ease, so if "new mum" is happy they become happier too!
Tucked away quiet place, away from noisy and busy roads, and plenty of parking right outside in their own grounds.
The thing I really love is the split waiting area, so dogs and cats not waiting together. Cuts down the trauma - nothing worse than having an inquisitive dog poking his nose into one's basket!

A great vets surgery operated by a team dedicated to your fur babies. Stock animals and equine specialists. Large parking area and one of the cleverest covid proof systems I've seen.. Good job guys!
