Dental Excellence

Referred by NHS for emergency treatment. All I can say is that I received outstanding service from all the staff, from the time I entered the building to when I was leaving. Everything explained in detail, nothing was too much trouble. Warm and welcoming. Thank you.

Had an emergency appointment here last Sunday for an extraction. What an amazing dentist. From the moment I walked in the professionalism was exemplary. The before, during and after procedure care was nothing short of phenomenal. Felt at ease, felt comfortable and had some great conversations with the team

Absolutely fantastic service! I was unable to see my own NHS dentist and ended up calling 111 as an emergency due to terrible pain. An appointment was made for me here and I was very apprehensive and do have quite a fear of dentists. The people were warm and welcoming and the service was excellent. I opted for a tooth extraction there and then as I felt I could trust them. That is a big thing for me and I feel shows how amazing the dentist and the nurse was. They even played music that I liked to help calm me down. They made what I thought was going to be an awful experience into one that was painless and not quite as terrible as I had imagined! Thank you so much for that.

The first time I met the team at dental excellence was through an emergency nhs appointment for a painful tooth. I have autism and get extremely nervous at the dentist. Everyone at the practice was very nice and extremely accommodating to my needs. I had to have the tooth extracted and before I even knew what was happening the procedure was over and the tooth was extracted. The dentist (pk I believe) was very friendly very professional and very quick. I've gone on since to have another appointment with them through 111. And experienced the same thing, everyone was friendly, caring and accommodating. Will 110% recommend this dental practice to anyone, which is a phrase I'd never thought I'd say! Mr Badham, has given excellent treatment, in 2 days emergency service, staff and dentist have always been first class.

My first experience of Dental Excellence was as an emergency 111 appointment for a crumbled tooth.
To say I'm a nervous patient is not stressing the point strongly enough.

However, right from the initial welcome from the lovely Dental Nurse on reception to the fabulously sensitive lady NHS Dentists' treatment of me I could not have felt in safer or more qualified hands.

A huge thank you from a very grateful and enormously appreciative patient.

Used after a emergency 111 appointment, I'm a big guy but I fear the dentist more than any other professional and after an hr I couldn't feel my face,luckily the dentist wasn't a sadist and took an xray which revealed the depth of my toohie ache,cracked molar and then wisdom tooth collapsed so they just took them both out. 3 weeks later, the stitches are gone,barely any pain or swelling. Fantastic job and very well done by the staff.

Having suffered with a broken wisdom tooth for awhile and not being registered with a dentist I was at a loss of what I could do, I rang 111 who put me in contact with dental excellence. From start to finish they made me feel at ease and Ive come away painfree. Could not rate them more, fantastic!

Went to a emergency appointment today…from start till finish the staff was absolutely fantastic put at ease straight away

Had two teeth out no pain during or after was spoken to all the way through explaining what was going on

Wisdom tooth removed after 2 dentist refusing to remove I was so relieved when dental excellence was able to help very friendly and professional

I recently had my back tooth out it was infected and I suffered for over a year with it so I had an appointment with the dentist here he sat me down and said let's look at you. With that he said right it's coming out he gave me the injections to numb my jaw 40 mins later my tooth was out he is so professional I hate my teeth being messed with ut his level of professionalism was 1st class and his team are brilliant very polite and helpful I would recommend dentil excellence to anybody very good practice

Finally got in to see an nhs dentist!!! I told the dental nurse I was nervous, she was very calming and relaxed and explained everything. The dentist was amazing. Calmed me right down, let me have the numbing injection even for a clean, many wont and he talked me through everything
I hate the dentist because my teeth are so sensitive but all the guys at DC are really really first class. Thank you all so much. Martyn E

Was referred here from NHS 111 after attending two other dentists who failed to remove my infected tooth....

2 hours later and a lot of lidocaine and it was out the only dentist who managed to numb the tooth enough to extract it.

It's a small dental practice but very efficient and friendly

I had an emergency appointment at Dental Excellence and they really were excellent, giving first class treatment, care and advice. If I were local they would definitely be my practice of choice.
