Would highly recommend Forest Hill Auto Centre. The staff are friendly and courteous and so willing to help. I had a problem with an electric window that wouldn’t close and due to dire weather needed it sorting ASAP. The garage got me booked in almost immediately and not only fixed it, they took the time to check all other windows and titivate one of those that I’d had a long standing problem with at no extra charge. Excellent service and complete professionalism, seriously went above and beyond (which in this day and age is rare). Will forever remember the quality service and will definitely be using them in the future and would encourage other to do so too.

Recommended by friends, was not disappointed, very friendly staff, quality work, great price. Will continue to use as it’s hard to find a garage you can trust. Thank you

On time very professional and courteous would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

Really friendly helpful Garage! Gave me honest,genuine advice. They understood the kind of situation I was in with my car and gave me the help I was looking for! I had to find a mechanic who would assist with an issue relating to my car as the previous Ratby mechanic unfortunately made "USE" of my service booking details and has done nothing but leave me emotionally abused and ruined my relationships!

Nothing was too much trouble for you and your team. An extremely honest, reliable and a mechanic whom I would trust my service booking details with. Speaks loads for Levi and his team as once you have been let down by a mechanic it is very difficult to place your trust back in one. Levi you were brilliant - you and your team went out of your way for a new female customer even though you were extremely busy. You took the time to speak to her, to explain in detail what you thought the issue was and how you would resolve this issue. The mechanic who let me down has since threatened court action against me for writing 1 star review. Who wouldn't rate their traumatising life experience as a 1 star - when you are made "USE" of and then discarded as trash? I have since received an email from the Ratby mechanic stating that he and his business will NOT be having dealings with me until I remove my reviews and questions/comments online. If a company is not worth 5 stars then they will not be given 5 stars.

Excellent customer service, great honest and trustworthy mechanics, very professional and overall very, very satisfied with Levi and his team.

Came in for a service and the boys went the extra mile and sorted extra work for free and went through what they did on the service. Highly recommend.

I can’t speak highly enough of Forest Hill auto centre. Usually, for a younger woman, anything car related can be quite daunting as my lack of car knowledge can cause me to be a target for being over-charged or sold something I didn’t need. However, I have full faith in Forest Hill’s honesty and efficiency. My family and I have been using them for years and fully appreciate their spectacular work. Thank you so much!

Hi everyone got recommended to take my beloved car to forest Hill auto center, on the 21st of June I was already having a nightmare day and then i was worried about the car deflated me even more, i arrived to be greeted by such friendly staff lifted my spirits these guys were amazing they've resolved my problem. I Have taken 2 vehicles in for MoT in the past few days, Staff are friendly, courteous, efficient and professional, both vehicles passed but with advisories for minor faults. On both occasions (different testers) minor faults were explained to me, in particular both vehicles have minor oil leaks and I was told the location of the probable faulty seal, which in my experience is very unusual but most welcome. I will be going back in future and will recommend them

Would highly recommend my car needed new discs and pads after an MOT. Collected on Saturday, took the car back on the same day and Ben stayed behind on a Saturday afternoon to fit a new caliper after closing time.

First time I've used this service. Took our American DAY van for MOT, and was well impressed with the level of service, experience and friendliness of everybody, especially the young lady in reception who had no problem providing me with coffee and pleasant conversation. Now that I've found them, I will DEFINITELY be using them for any future jobs I might need help with, and would have NO problem in recommending them to friends and family alike. Thank you all for your help.

Fantastic service, 10/10. Picked up my van, did the work then dropped it round the same afternoon. All for a fantastic price too.
