Vision Express Opticians - Ludlow

Very efficient and friendly. The team looked after my dog while I was with the optician. Plenty of friendly help when selecting glasses and the optician was very informative, explaining everything about my eye test and prescription.

Top service as always from ludlow branch, highly trained staff, with the plus of a sense of humour, needed when your spending your hard earned money! Glad your know open mondays now, throughly recommend the store

I am really pleased to be able to review my recent and unexpected visit to Ludlow Vision Express. I damaged my only pair of specs and Lisa not only fixed them by repairing the damaged hinge but also was so kind and efficient with the choices of a second back up pair. In every regard she was compassionate and fulfilled 100% the ‘this can be sorted’ caring approach. She was utterly brilliant.

First time at Vision Express in Ludlow and all the staff were excellent. The Orthoptist was brilliant with me as I am rather a nervous patients and he put me at ease straight away. He explained everything to me and gave me lots of advice. The dispensing staff were lovely and were really helpful in choosing my new frames. Very professional, can't thank them enough
