No Knots Therapy

Found Josh through Google and based on the good reviews I took a leap of faith and booked an appointment.
I wasn't disappointed, after listening to my history and assessing the condition of my leg (running injury) Josh then set to work on it. Approx 40 minutes later my entire right leg was much looser, having treated muscle knots, scar tissue and other historical issues. It really was quite remarkable.
I have booked a follow up sessions.
Would recommend for sure.

I have used Josh at No knots sports therapy for 2 years now. I have had back problems which the hospital has not been able to free me from pain.
I made the 200 mile round trip from Lincolnshire, to receive treatment from Joshua. I came out with 90% pain free and 100% pain free within 48 hours.
My wife also had a shoulder problem and could not lift arm above her shoulder level. After putting up with pain for 5 months and after visiting Josh! She came out waving her arm above her head and smiling.
We are both in our early 80s and the 200 mile round trip is worth it.

I had been struggling with ongoing shin splints for 18 months and then knee pain following running too. I tried lots of different things according to advice I had been given but nothing seemed to fully make them better until I saw Josh. He quickly identified the problems and through various different techniques, including electro dry needling, there was an immediate improvement! I was honestly shocked at how quickly they improved and I’ve had nearly no pain since, for the first time in 18 months! Josh was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable straight away and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to go back myself in future if needed for another injury!

Josh has helped me with a persistent knee injury for a while now his diagnosis and treatment has allowed me to continue training and competing in events! His knowledge and understanding is outstanding!

So glad I discovered Josh . I have had four years of chronic pain and although I understand the problem- Hip Dysplasia/ aged back ….there isn’t a substitute for Massage and increased knowledge.
Josh is first rate at digging out tight tendons but also discovering unconsidered sources- eg tight left side of back when pain is always in the right.
Cannot recommend him highly enough. Rehabilitation Exercise is important but I’d be barely moving at all if he didn’t keep me on track. Charming and friendly too.

Fantastic friendly service. Excellent knowledge with an easy to follow explanation for issues. Got me feeling better within a 60 minute session than weeks of prior physio elsewhere. Highly recommend.

First day back running today after a couple months off with shin splints. Josh identified the problem straight away and gave me a detailed explanation on how it is caused and what we needed to do to resolve it. With dry needling, muscle loosening and stretching exercises I've been for my first 5k with no pain at all! Can't thank him enough

I've had on/off tightness and occasional pain in my lower back for a while and after one particular strength session, pulled my back when not being careful enough.

A day later I saw Josh and talked through the injury, went through an assesment and some treatment including dey needling. I went away with a program of stretches to do.

It helped significantly and I would definitely return should other issues arise.

Having recently started using No Knots Sports Therapy, I am very impressed with Josh's knowledge and expertise.
Getting Sports Massages and rehab exercises, that are targeted, concise and easy to understand. I have seen the benefits and progress already.

Today was my second time visiting No Knots and the treatment was again excellent. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and will talk you through what he's doing step by step. My back and shoulders have felt so much better since I've started coming and it's definitely helped me improve my sports output as well! Highly recommended!
