Tesco Superstore

A great team of people doing a very good job. I have been using this store for the last 11 years. I am particularly happy with the recent increase in availability And selection of ice cold beer. Please keep up this good work and include some IPA’s, Neck oil and shipyard and Camden for example in The fridge with the other beers.

Darren was restocking the wines today. I asked him if he had a particular wine as it was on offer but the shelf was empty. He went into the store and found a box for me. Very helpful. Kind and polite. An asset to the store

We use the home delivery service from the South Wigston store, we have used this service for at least a couple of years and it's always been an excellent service.
In particular the delivery drivers are always happy, helpful and polite and nothing seems to ever be too much trouble, we can't recommend this service enough.
We have on occasion had to use one of the other Supermarkets for delivery and for whatever reason their delivery drivers are not in the same class as the Tesco's staff, keep up the good work, you really do go the extra mile and its very much appreciated.

The store is very clean and tidy as I visited on dated 9-11-22 at 21:30. The staff members are so welcoming. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends. Thumbs up to admin!!!!

Nice and spacious. EV chargers available also. Good service. Fuel station also. Cafe inside. Check Parking restrictions. Although no timings mentioned.

Such an amazing store, anazing staff very firnedly environment. I always enjoyed coming out of college and getting my meal deals here and the staff smiling at me and greeting me and giving me so much support if i needed it 🥰

Also, i will miss coming here everyday it was honestly one of the best tescos ive ever been to, obviously there's nothing anyone can do about the prices of the meal deals and the products but i still loved coming to this tesco :)

And i also loved the view of it from my college window and seeing the cars come by and the villagers being happy too.

Definitely 100% reccomend this tesco :)

Staff are very helpful and are quick to help you if you have any problems. The store is also clean and tidy and not a huge mess like other stores I have visited.

Large superstore, great range of products, well stocked. Reasonable prices.

Excellent supermarket, always plenty of parking available. Shelves are always stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. Quick stress free shopping, just the way I like it!

I take my hat off to your staff. I went for petrol this morning, at South Wigston and found an organized queue, which kept moving, in an orderly and well thought out manner. I was sorted within minutes, thanks to the staff, who directed everyone, to a given pump. Well done, it ran like clockwork.

I've been using Tesco Click & Collect for about 18 months now, and to be honest I can't fault them. Sure, sometimes things are out of stock (it happens in retail!) but you can choose when ordering whether or not you want substitutions, and anything that's not suitable you can return with no issues at all. I've usually dealt with Craig and Sandeep, both of whom have gone far "above and beyond" (if you'll excuse the retail cliche!) on several occasions - again, occasionally things happen beyond anyone's control, that's life, but the staff have dealt with things incredibly well. And most of the time it works like clockwork.

Have been going to this store once a week with my wife and autistic child, I would get our shopping and wife would get her 80 year old mothers shopping. I cannot say thankyou enough to the support and kindness of your staff that work outside in this stressful time. I would like to thank the man that is always willing to go above and beyond his duty, by getting a trolley for my son to sit in.

I've often shopped here for years and have always found it a friendly place. I found it particularly so on Wed .4th Dec.
1) Fresh Veg.: A gentleman assistant warmly offered help should I need it.
2) At the butchers counter The butcher was so helpful and obliging in all respects, trimming the meat ,weighing , and friendly chat.
3) Checkout : helpful , friendly young lady on till.
4) Cust .Service: The coat I bought recently was faulty. The couple on the counter instantly gave me a straight swap for a replacement - with friendly cheerful smiles and a no- quibbles attitude.
I was so pleased as I left. Thank you all.

Got my bargains, whilst at the check out, I started to feel unwell. The cashier got me to sit down, and got a member of staff to get me some bottled water. The good lady on the till is first aid trained and kept her eye on me. Well done Tesco. And it was a large bottle of water .. Free.

Tesco's what more can I say.
Only draw back is the car park being used by a constant string of Learner drivers.

Excellent shop always have what u need in stock and the staff 10/10! The staff are well trained and do thier job very well definitely need a bonus, staff always smiling and willing to help keep it up wigston branch 👍

Lovely food and menu, quick service and the staff are always so welcoming
