We just took our cat Wilma for her yearly check up. Suprise to see an area where we can wait with our cat, which is really good idea. So cats can't get stressed out by see other animals in the practice waiting room. Her yearly check up went well. The staff are brilliant there. 👍⭐

We needed help, on a Saturday afternoon and Emma and her nurse helped immediately. They were kind and professional at all times and did the most wonderful job. I'd highly recommend this vets and can't thank them enough!

I would not take my pets anywhere else. The staff are friendly, passionate, professional, and actually seem to care.

My sister and I rescued an otter that was in desperate need of help. It was a Saturday afternoon but my sister rang on the off chance of help and Emma, the vet, and the vetinary nurse ( I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name) were both so kind and said they would be happy to help. A kind member of the public have us a lift and took us there and we left the otter with them. Emma said they would do all they can to help and we're so lovely and kind. They were an absolute credit to the company and even though I don't live anywhere near here, I would recommend to anyone reading this review, based on my experience of needing help, take your pets here. They were truly caring and kind people.

I needed a vet to check my dog as he wasn't very well. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival or I had the option of a later appointment. The vet was very professional and explained my dogs issue and prescribed the required medication. Very satisfied customer and my dog seconds that.

Great care of my dog before, during and after his operation. Kind caring staff that explained everything really well to me.. came home with his medicine and a get well card, even some easy to digest food after anesthetic. Highly recommend.

Amazing.
Dog became ill whilst we were on holiday. An appointment made within 90 mins.
Reception staff, veterinarian and facilities were amazing, showing time, patience as well as professionalism.
Glad that we went with the previous reviews, whilst searching an area we did not know .

I took Billy here for a check up after moving to the area. Although very busy with emergency cases the vet took Billy in for a once over. She was very kind and patient with him as he's a nervous dog. All the team members were very kind and personable. I feel secure in the knowledge that should Billy need aid or emergency care, he is in great hands. Thank you!

Edit: Billy has had to have surgery to have two mass cell tumours removed. I cannot tell you how amazing Charlotte and the team are. Charlotte took wonderful care of Billy throughout the whole surgery and recovery process. We followed Charlotte’s advise throughout and Billy is completely healed with a very neat scar.
We always book in with Charlotte as Billy is a nervous dog, but over the past 2 years he has gotten used to her which is great to see.
So thank you so much Charlotte for all of your care and support.

If you are looking for a new vet surgery RVC, Uppingham is great. I would say they are a good price in comparison to some, and the care we have found is second to none.

Having recently moved to area and registered my dogs, after online research, with Rutland Vets prior... Last night, out of hours I had to access service after being concerned my young dog was showing symptoms of bloat. Vet was brilliant, kind and thorough. So so pleased I registered with these guys. Highly recommended!

We have a very difficult and large rescued dog, she's petrified of anyone knew especially men. Ian and his team were amazing with her when she needed go be seen recently. He listened to me and we worked together to ensure a safe and quick visit for our dog. I highly recommend them! It make a huge difference with a dog like her when you are able to work together.

All staff are lovely and greet you when you arrive, from the receptionist to being seen by the vet first class service from all involved, I called them first for some advice as our dog had been attacked by another dog, I could see one puncture wound but wanted him checked just to be sure. Told me to come in as the local one we go to was closed as it was a Saturday. Checked our dog over, pain relief given to him and a lotion for his wound, the vet and nurse were very gentle and caring towards our dog and to me as I was very distressed. Highly recommend 10/10

I used the new app to book an appointment online, very easy. Charlotte took very good care of my cat that had suddenly lost his sight. She explained options clearly, including costs and possible outcomes too. I'm glad to say that full sight has been restored. Extremely happy.

Wow! Called them 8.45 Monday, 1/2 hour later Alfie was assessed. Back next day for check up and next scheduled for tomorrow. Called late yesterday as worried things gotten worse. Rechecked within an hour. Unfortunately Alfie needed surgery on his eye. Sorted the next day (today) even though it was full. Hannah and the team have been amazing. Can’t praise the team enough. Thank you all.

On holiday and our 11yr old pup became very poorly. They were able to fit in an appointment and treat him.

Great staff. They've helped us sort out a mystery problem and continue to support us with ongoing care. It's easy to organise an appointment and the reception staff are always so helpful. The out of hours service is second to none and without it we would be lost.

Lovely place, staff were friendly and helpful and the vet make sure my cat was as comfortable as possible during a check up. Front staff were helpful with instructions on medication and how to give it to him. Would happily take him back there again

First time at this vets, very safe we had to stay in car and wait for one of the staff to collect our dog for vaccination and health check. They asked several questions and then took dog into the practice.
They kept safe distance at all times, returned dog and explained next stages. I recommend this veterinary practice.

Always helpful and caring for my cat 🐈. He was so bad, but now getting better. Thanks 😊
