Rutland Veterinary Centre Priors Hall

Our dog was very nervous of our old vets,the prices for treatment etc seemed extortionate. We changed to Rutland on a recommendation and he loves it there. He's had an operation there recently and the charges were reasonable. He's been back for a few checkups and still likes going. They are very professional and caring and we're very happy with the service 😀.

If anyone is looking for a good vets locally, I highly recommend Rutland Vets located in Priors Hall. We recently lost our family dog of 14 years and Rutland Vets were amazing. We used to use a different veterinary surgery, but they were extremely dismissive, didn’t seem to show much empathy for our situation when we called and seemed to only really care about our money. A family member recommended Rutland Vets to us when our dog was poorly. They managed to get us in that very day to look over our dog. He received blood tests & scans to determine if there was anything they could do to help and support him. Unfortunately, our pup was too old & unwell for treatment which we had prepared ourselves for anyway. Nevertheless, the care and attention this practice put in to trying to prolong our dogs life was amazing. They were so supportive and gracious in everything that they did. I am so glad that they were recommended to us. You can really see just how much love, passion and care they have for animals and how supportive they were to the owners. There are the best vets you could possibly go to, they never fail to make you smile, they genuinely care about your pets well being and when my dog was sick and I was worried my previous vet (vets4pets) didn’t seem to care at all, I took my dog here and the vets were so comforting and caring and making sure to do the best they can for my dog and considering I’m a college student on a part time job they really are great with their prices, I’m getting my rabbit neutered here and they offered a much better price for my rabbit and the vet care is outstanding, I’m also getting my dogs vaccinated here as it’s much more affordable :)

I take my two pugs here and every time we’ve taken them in I’ve been welcomed in with a big smile, and had great service with the vets who genuinely care.

Our previous vet felt like a carousel, but here I feel like they take time and care for each and every pet. And for somebody who classes their dogs as their children, that’s brilliant and reassuring.

Staff Are Truly Amazing And Outstanding every Single time we go, They Truly Do Think About The Pets As Family , They Have Looked after And Made My 4 Chihuahuas & Ragdoll Kitten So Happy... Two That Have Been Poorly for Some Time And Now Are Almost back to there Selfs Something That Our Old Vets Of Ten Years Couldn't Do , We Are So Very Grateful to them and for them. And So Please We Changed To This Vets It's The Best Thing We Have Done. Thank You The Pendragons x And Fur Babies 😘

The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. I trust them to help me keep my pets healthy and happy.

Great to be treated like an adult, not patronised, combined with proper veterinary care and attention.

(also so lovely to find a vet practice that's not part of a big faceless chain and computer says no attitude from poorly paid and managed staff - please don't ever sell out!).

Prices are good. Nurses and receptionists are very polite. Not much to say to be honest.

My cat was spayed today at the surgery. It was emotionally tough time for us, but the vet nurse Helen has been absolutely amazing and made the experience so much better for us and the cat. Everything was clearly explained with a smile and we could ask questions. Our cat even got medicine included within the price of the procedure. I will definitely change vet for our dog too if the Rutland Vet Centre are accepting new Patients :) very highly recommended xx

Deserving of no other than a 5 star review. We were seen very quickly and the reception team are very polite and friendly. The vet was very thorough and explained everything in quite considerable lengths. From what I gather he took the blood to be tested in his own breaktime to Uppingham to speed things up for us to get results. He was very conscientious and went to great efforts to treat our dog and update us as soon as he possibly could. It was a positive outcome in the end and thankfully due to the efforts of the team we didn't have to wait to long to get answers. Tahnks again all.

We have only been clients for the last couple of months. The staff have always been polite, professional and caring. No question is too daft, no concern is too small. Unfortunately we recently needed to euthanize our beloved dog. The staff all felt our pain. We were not rushed into a decision, we were given all the information we needed and the time to say goodbye. I cannot recommend them strongly enough and will never be able to fully show our gratitude for caring for us all during such an horrific time. Our dog was such a good judge of character and was always happy to go with the vet without us (due to Covid19). The app used by the vets is brilliant and the on call out of hours service very reassuring too. Hopefully we will be clients again one day. Thank you Priors Hall staff.

I will never use another vets, I called and got an appointment the same day but even better they called back and fit me in even earlier than planned my dog was seen and prescribed medicine within an hour. When he had an operation he received a get well soon card and a little goodie bag.

Absolutely excellent service and care of my dog. I transferred from Vets for Pets and do not regret it one bit. £80 cheaper for the same operation and the vet and staff super friendly. Even sending photos of my dog post op to reassure me that my dog was doing ok. Cannot rate highly enough.

Lovely and clean. Super friendly staff. Excellent vets. I took my cat who had managed to injure his leg fighting. He was seen quickly, given a thorough check, given treatment and some pain relief.

So accommodating and kind to our Boston Terrier. They love working with the pets they treat. The best vets we've been to so far.
