Some good stuff but not being funny the clothes could do with a good iron

Bought several items including a snoopy hoodie for my wife which was on a table stating all motif hoodies £24.99. Upon paying the hoodie came up at £29.99? The assistant and myself went to the table to check the price, she then said she would have to confirm with her manager before reducing the price. The manager came across said it’s from £24.99 and walked off. I purchased the other items and left the hoodie. I checked the sign again upon leaving and it didn’t say from. I went back to the assistant and she called the manager again, this time she went to the table. The table had 6 snoopy hoodies among numerous others and her response this time was these aren’t in the offer and it’s £29.99 if you want it. Hopefully this lady was just having a bad day and doesn’t call this customer service.

The Manager of the shop called Laura was very rude. I was standing next fitting cubicles to try some clothes on me and she did not let my fiancé come with me or even stand outside the cubicle just to show how I look like and advice me. I understand one person at the time allowed. However, in the other cubicle there were a couple and she was like “it wasn’t me that allowed them to go both”. I said it’s unfair and she said life is unfair for everyone and it’s my rules now”. I was in shock of the way she communicates with her customers. I will never go back to Rochdale H&M. Don’t even believe she is a manager.
