I am not a good patient when it comes to the dentist, always been the same. But I spoke to Keeley on the phone and booked in and she was brilliant. In fact Hayley on reception put me at ease and from then on it was a very positive experience. We talked through everything during my appointment and I left feeling very confident and moving forward I have got my next appointment booked and know I have made the right choice to register as a patient. I know many people have similar phobias but honestly the people here are lovely and it feels super professional, everything you want from your dental practice. I’m so glad I found them!

The Green Oakham dental care provided a fantastic experience for my teenage daughter. The calm environment and the staff's approach helped her feel comfortable during her first appointment for fillings. They supported her throughout the process, making it a positive experience for her.

I visited the Green Oakham Dental Care again today and was fully satisfied with the service that I was provided with. I have been coming to this practise for over 10 years now and can say with confidence that I would definitely recommend to anyone. All of the staff are very polite and very welcoming.

The dentists and hygienists also do a great job at answering any questions and recommending solutions to any queries/problems you may have.

Every visit is a good experience. My dentist is great, explains everything to me, without making me feel nervous, which is a tall order as I'm quite scared of dentists. The waiting room is very comfortable and quite calming. Staff are always friendly.

Polite, friendly and professional. On time and felt really relaxed. Best dentist i have been to. Super pleased with the experience i had here so if anyone if nervous or looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!

Today was my first appointment to discuss the possibility of having implants! My first impression of the practice was that I felt very well looked after and everyone I met were genuinely friendly. There was a definite feeling of calm and I did not feel rushed at all. The gentleman I saw was very professional and I soon felt very much at ease as the procedure was discussed with me using terms I could understand and I felt valued! Already I feel confident about further treatments!

Really impressed.Very good relaxed atmosphere straight away. Receptionist was very informative and welcoming.My Dentist and his nurse were so gentle and informative, everything was explained to me and I was reassured and felt in good hands. I have never had a more positive experience at a dentist since I was a child. I would recommend this dentist to anyone I know.
Just to add today August 2024 I have had several more treatments since April and they have all gone really well. No pain no discomfort and I am always reassured and relaxed when I am at the dentist now. The atmosphere is relaxed, professional and the dental nurses are excellent. My recommendation continues to be, if you need a dentist do try Green Oakham Dental Care. You can’t do better. Sara B.

I have had 3 appointments in the last fortnight, dental checkup with Harsha, invisalign consult with Keeley and hygienist with Richard. I cannot fault the professionalism, care or thoroughness of any of these practitioners. They were all extremely friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. What was happening/happened was explained clearly and thoroughly and treatment plans were discussed fully. Cost of future treatment was considered and spread out over time to avoid to much cost in one go. I felt I was given their full attention and didn't feel as if anything had been cut short due to time. All in all I would highly recommend Green Oakham dental and certainly won't be going anywhere else in the future 👍😊

Excellent! Had a consultation and everything regarding a treatment plan was fully explained to me. Loved that there’s a 3D image that shows what my teeth could be like after retainers. Very welcoming practice and was asked exactly what I’d like to achieve and if I had questions. Everything was very clear and detailed and prices were discussed upfront. Can’t wait to get started :)

I was so nervous to come here, but they were all so lovely! Very welcoming, and I immediately felt calmer. I had an Invisalign consultation today. It was very in depth, I had the opportunity to ask whatever I needed and the whole process was explained thoroughly. They managed to get me an appointment within 48hrs of me enquiring. Amazing service so far!

Could not wish for better service. A friendly and welcoming practice which is a pleasure to visit. It has developed into a multi-surgery, award winning practice which is thoroughly deserving of its many accolades.

My children and I were with Green Oakham Dental practice for a number of years but today I had an amazing experience there, my front tooth crown broke which has greatly affected the way I was feeling. When I rang the reception the lady who I was talking to was very helpful and booked me the next available appointment, and Harsha and Micaela were able to make me a temporary crown which looks much better than the original and restored my confidence and my smile. Like many people I guess I haven’t been to the dentist for quite a while, due to a combination of fear, expense and life.
On top of that the embarrassment about the state of my teeth!

However an emergency appointment was needed this week and thankfully ‘Green Oakham Dental Care’ could fit me in on Wednesday morning.
I’m absolutely terrified about going to the dentist (after a life time of treatment in the past) but I have to say they couldn’t have been more helpful.
Sammy and the rest of the reception team supported me brilliantly with the arrangements and Zam (dental surgeon) couldn’t have been more friendly and professional in his approach, examination and recommendation.
On top of that I was seen for a root canal with Zam the same afternoon.

The procedure it’s self was long but I was checked on and updated the whole time and didn’t feel anything throughout.

The treatment room had Spa music playing, a view out in to the garden , vaulted ceiling and was clean, light, bright and airy.

I have a bit of residual discomfort and a course of antibiotics but feel very happy with the treatment received.

I’m booked in for a full assessment
in 10 days where Zam will help me plan getting my mouth stable again.

So If you are worried about going to the dentist go and have a chat with the team at ‘Green Oakham Dental Care’. Be honest about how you feel and your concerns and they will support you accordingly!

Personally i’m looking forward to getting a confident smile back again thanks to them .

Just had a tooth extraction today. Would like to say a huge thank you to Dentist Harsha and Dental Nurse Micaela. Made the whole process calm, asked how I was doing all through my appointment. I never felt any discomfort at all. A good communication between the dentist and nurse. A very nice team.

Booked myself in for a quotation for invisilines, from first contact to appointment, Keeley has been professional, friendly and extremely informative on the process and how to get the best results. Would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for dental work in Oakham and the surrounding area.

I attended today for a double crown replacement. Big shout out to Kimberly the Dental Nurse who put me at ease and was extremely pleasant and professional!
Dr Patel talked me through the entire procedure and dealt with a stubborn crown removal and replacement. It was also great to see how well they both worked together, they proved what team work is all about.
A very professional dental practice from reception to exit, who puts the patient first.

I can't say how impressed and thankful I am to the Hygienist Aamir Rashid for going the extra mile to make sure that I felt at ease and comfortable during my visit . He explained everything in detail.
He is very skilled and professional. Absolutely outstanding.
