Cleobury Mortimer Post Office

Friendly local post office with a useful line of goods, including easy to forget or lose stuff like chargers when travelling. Plenty choice of drinks, as well as normal post office items. Can be used to collect deliveries, so you can be out with evening opening.

Google says your open. The web site says your open, but your not. Had the morning off apparently! Not good.

Terrible service - actually lied to me about parcel restrictions due to COVID19 . I needed to send 14 parcels for my business customers, was told there was a 2 parcel per day limit per person (I called Royal Mail Head Office who confirmed I'd been given false information and that no such rule was in place).
Total waste of my time and my customers. In the end I went with Hermes.
Rude, unhelpful and untrustworthy. AVOID!

Very bad post office in the Shropshire and midlands, nearest is clows top, goto londis if you buy stuff, the one in the post office is near expiry date, becarful!!

Web site said you were open ! But decided to shut for a family wedding without cover for 2 days !another customer said it happens frequently, is this how to run a post office.

When is the Post office open - apparently system not working for two weeks? Tried several times closed.
