Charged here twice today. All good but I've charged 45 pounds then refunded then charged ahain 45 pounds. Contacted you to discuss awaiting response

Excellent experience. Much appreciated given the relatively sparse distribution of rapid chargers in the region. No queue- 4 charging units and just me. Easy to use - touch contactless credit card, confirm, select plug type (ccs or chamedo) and plug in. Touch card again to stop charging. Took photo of screen as a receipt.

Great facility, and it’s great to have it in a region where there aren’t any others over 50kW. Whilst I got a successful charge and had a pleasant stop at the pub across the road, getting the machine working wasn’t straightforward. None of my RFID or credit cards worked so I had to use the app. Would highly recommend having the app downloaded already because it’s an area of poor mobile network.

Charged twice here, worked a treat both times! Easy access to a SPAR service station with a nice clean loo and the usual service station bits.

Nice easy experience, would suggest downloading the app as my bank card wasn’t accepted a few times used the app and it connected first time.

Simple easy charge. Model 3 achieved 95kw peak charge rate on a non-prepared battery.

Very smart charging area. Perhaps benefit from a sign outside of the carpark as it’s hidden away behind a large hedge

Excellent fast charging in pleasant quiet location with a riverside pub yards away. Highly recommended.

Successful rapid charge but needed third credit card to get the reader to work. (Didn't try the app to be fair). Lavs and coffee machine in a building saying campers only but no check. Unusually good Spar shop 10min round the corner on the main road - all the food you could need.

Charged well. First time no problem at all. Charged a little slowly, but nice place to wait and chill

So glad this was here. But needs some signage off the road as I was unsure where it was.

Great facility but only charging at 75KW

Bay 1 not working at all. Bay 3 worked but then disconnected three times with error code 100b

Nice and clean. But only 32kw charging rate!! Not 120kw as stated.

Expensive

Great chargers but states there are toilets at site, campsite owner won’t let you n use them says for people camping only. Even though chargers are on the same campsite 🤷‍♂🤷‍♂ very rude owner
Camper van blocking 2 chargers so I had to use end one and therefore middle two were blocked and campsite owner was not bothered.
Only 2 stars due to the site owner otherwise chargers excellent.

Four machines. None of which will allow me to pay for electricity via card or app.

However it will give me a free 5kw complementary charge. I am on my second now and if I can get Two more I will be done

Charger number 2 would not start. Started on charger three, went for a walk, got back and charger had stopped after about 10 mins.
