WHAT'S store is brilliant addition to the StMellons area of Cardiff alway plenty of stock from furniture to household electricial automotive home decoration stationery craft garden centre tools snacks greeting cards party products and balloon bar all at reasonable prices

Great range of products everything apart from the kitchen sink. Must visit for special occasions good selection of balloons, which the staff fill for you. Giant number balloon under £10. Christmas has come to the store from giant inflatable Santa's to figures for your Christmas cake.

It is a big store, and there is a lot of varied products in it! Very good prices. It is a bit "Out of the way" for me, but well worth the occasional visit, when I know they have what I need.

I love this store. On the doorstep, all my garden looks beautiful from What!! It's a big place.

I love this place because there is a wide variety of this like food sweets household toys etc.

Good place to shop they have something for everyone, I dare you to visit and come away with nothing 😁. At the moment the social distancing in the store is very good and I personally felt safe.

Recently bought some Sherborne pieces of furniture. We visited both Rogerstone and St. Mellons stores. Staff at both stores were extremely helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. They liaised between stores to make sure we were able to get there pieces we were hoping to buy. All furniture was packed very well indeed making sure that there was little opportunity for any damage.
We are absolutely delighted with outer purchases.

It's a big store with a lot of stock. I can usually find what l.m looking for. They sell tool, toys, wall paper and paint, sweets, craft materials, Christmas items of all sorts, car items and so much more. It's on ground level ideal for wheelchair users, no public toilet, great store.

Newly opened as moved from Newport road. Slightly smaller store but still good for a variety of household bargains. Not much in the way of food but loads of other stuff. I buy a lot there for crafting and knitting as a good variety to choose from. Free car park too.

Never been to this what store, we were well impressed. How clean tidy and very well presented things were. Show room. staff are amazing very helpful. Best What store we have been in.

This is a great place for DIY projects and professionals. I loved the hardwood furniture, quality. The place is huge, with a large selection of products, has friendly, helpful staff. And bargain prices. I like it there.

I visited the St Mellon's store, today, Monday 15th to purchase dining chairs, I had previously was seen.
The male assistant, was very helpful, in checking stock, and chairs were there at cash desk when I arrived there. Excellent and friendly customer service at this store.

Great place, got what I was looking for

I would like to comment on the great customer service we received yesterday from this store 26/06/20. We were looking for two bedroom cabinets and seen these previously at the store at St Mellons. I drove down to the store but the road was closed and had to drive home without being able to visit the shop.

I rang the shop at 5:15pm to see there opening hours due to COVID this is where the customer service began which was excellent.

Lisa answered the phone and was happy to help I asked if the items were available and she kindly checked for me I explained I had driven down on the day but could not get to the shop. I asked Lisa it would be possible to reserve two of these items for me and I would be down straight away to collect and amazingly she said no problem and to ask for her on arrival and she would be in the till area.

When we arrived I asked for Lisa who came to see us and was very welcoming and organised the items for us. These were brought from the stockroom by Andy and another colleague both very friendly and helpful. I was surprised that the items were taken out of the boxes but Andy and Lisa explained this was done to ensure the items were not damaged in anyway as they were mirror and glass and they would prefer to check them just in case there were damaged, which really made sense so we thought this was fantastic service both from the store and particular Lisa and Andy.

We would definitely purchase from this branch again due to the customer service provided by both LISA and ANDY. Keep up the great work.

Always liked "What" it's a buy anything type of shop Crafts- Gardening and everything in between it's not long open I had a job to find it. It was in a very prominent place Newport rd but that building has been knocked down now. Went past Tesco St Melons and drove a long way and I thought no we've gone to far. I turned around and on the way back I noticed the store, It's not visible so be wary it's the old Quick save theres a Surgery, chemist and a Car cleaning on same lot. Well worth a visit.
