the staff we’re brilliant to me on my daily shop the duty manager deserves a pat on the back

I practically live in this Tesco. Not only is it convenient, but the Staff are fab. Always smiling and helpful. Special shout out to Mike from the bakery who replaced a loaf of bread free of charge. I'd picked one up that was in the wrong bag. Mike didn't hesitate on offering me a replacement at no cost to me.. Thanks MIKE!

Store has lot of variety so good shop for groceries and clothing and other household goods

Spoke to a lovely member of staff a gentleman Dave M - so so helpful regarding the wines and spirits .
Also he was lovely helping an older gentleman.
Lovely store - so so friendly.

I don't leave many positive reviews, usually I will only do so to warn others of bad practice but today is different. Upon leaving the store to walk home I'd approximately travelled 100 metres so I was clearly off their property after buying my shopping. Then the top of the bag ripped and the entire contents fell out, amongst the items we're 4 cans of Guinness of which 1 had burst, covering my ruined pizza and soaked tea bags so I reluctantly took it back to the store to see if they could do something but not expecting much, the first lady rightly phoned the manager as she was unsure and then the manager came down and said I could replace the ruined items. Top show tesco! Local community services with excellent staff. Ten outta ten!

Quite quick and easy to access

Great , friendly and cheerful staff who will always go the extra mile even though they have to put up with anti social behaviour on a daily basis.

There's always a good atmosphere in St Mellons Tesco when I pay them a visit. From the trolley man to the security man they always have time to help you if need be. It's my local supermarket and at Christmas time when the staff wear festive hats it's fun to shop there.

Natalie on the fruit & veg has been fantastic over the last 2 days helping my partner with a hugh amount of cauliflowers for a restaurant. Excellent customer service. Thank you Natalie.

I love Tesco st Mellons, the majority of staff are so helpful and amazing... during these tough times they have been smiling and happy to help, Paula and her team are the best... thank you to you all, a credit to the Tesco brand... 👍

All the employees are very helpful but Selvin is a star. He got me out of a very difficult situation the other day, that had nothing to do with his job and didn't have to do.

Lots of variety and choice, good for wheelchair users, toilets available. Children welcome.

Great store good selection of products as they open at 6am that's an added bonus as i prefer to shop the earlier the better but still have staff on has on hand if you need them they are all friendly and helpful

Allways a pleasure shopping here good range and mix of departments for the Size of store staff are really friendly Store Manager is a proper nice guy happy to chat about the store and any issues that would like to discuss.

Just proved why they are the uk's biggest retailer. Customer service was excellent with the girl on direct going out of her way to accommodate our difficult request.

Staff helpful especially Chris on the tills always chatty smiling gives excellent customer service.

Clean store disabled parking a problem as ever one seems to park in them. In saying that the shop staff are very helpful
