Can't fault the service I had here from Rhys and Nathaniel!
First time I visited I was greeted by Rhys who was amazing, I couldn't believe he'd only been there a few weeks! Really professional service from the both of them, and had a really good deal for both the car and my part exchange vehicle.
The showroom was immaculate and clean.
Nathaniel took me through everything thoroughly and was a really down to earth guy, explaining everything to me with no stress or pressure.
Would definitely recommend DS to anyone.

I went in to the DS garage in January just having a look at the different cars they have to offer. Nathaniel greeted us politely and asked if we needed help with anything. He sat us down went through different options of cars such as the spec, colour, interior details which was very helpful of him.

After a few days of thinking about it we went back the garage to see him as he made the decision very easy for me to decide and we made the deal. It took around 3 months for the car to come in but he kept me updated frequently by email and my telephone which was kind of him to keep me in the loop.

We made an appointment and picked the car up on the 22nd April from the garage. It was in the showroom with my name which was lovely for them to do!

I will 100% be recommending the FRF DS garage and Nathaniel to speak to as he has the knowledge and the customer service a customer deserves.

Outstanding dealership. Recently took delivery of my 73 plate DS3. From start to finish the entire process was handled professionally by Nathaniel. We were made to feel special unlike the last 2 dealers we used. The dealership itself is very modern and stylish to match the vehicles inside. From the moment I phoned the dealership I have felt like I have received 5 star customer service. I have dealt with Nathaniel all the way through my purchase. I have had a couple of DS3's in years gone by and loved the car. But, the new DS Automobiles DS3 is a totally different car. It certainly goes in the luxury car market. I have never had such a high spec car, and i went from a Range Rover Evoque to the new DS3. From my first test drive to receiving my car I have felt 100% looked after by Nathaniel. He made sure when it was delivered that we went through all of the settings etc.. before he left. He delivered the car to me and made sure it was at a conveinient time for me. I could go on forever talking about the excellent customer service I've received. The car itself is like driving on a cloud! I texted a friend "I'm in love" her reply oh you've got your new car then. 😂 The My DS app is just icing on the cake, I love my Tech and this app enables me to do things on my phone and when I get in my car it updates everything. It also has offer benefits pointed out to me by Nathaniel. It is a shame I can only give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ as I truly think they deserve more. I know exactly where i'm going when it's time for a new car and that is FRF Swansea and to the DS Automobiles showroom, and then having a chat with Nathaniel! Nathaniel you deserve a raise for your excellent Customer Service. I have even had a follow up call to check everything is ok and if i need any help with anything, and if i need help not to hesitate in phoning Nathaniel. 👏👏👏 many thanks again for my wonderful new car. I am a 110% happy customer!

Truly fantastic experience with DS dealership, Nathaniel was brilliant explaining all the gadgets of the car and making sure we were happy with everything before we left. Very happy with the service!

Nathaniel is very polite,curtious knowledgeable and patient. He handled the purchase expertly.

Went today to test drive the new ds7 have to say it’s the best car I have driven. The service was amazing from walking in through the door I was meet by Nathaniel one of team there who took me through everything I needed to know about the car.
After everything was done I took the ds7 out for a test drive from start to finish this car was amazing comfortable and had everything that you could ask for and for the service received from start to finish and also the car it’s self I have given a 5* review honestly if it’s comfort and style you are looking for I highly recommend this car and garage. Fab service from this garage. Friendly staff and keep contact whilst carrying out services. Available appointments fast. Honest pricing and no trying to add work that ‘needs doing’. Now my go to garage whilst I’m driving DS.

Had a recall on my DS and needed a repair on a daytime running light. Very helpful and friendly and very reasonable pricing for a main dealer.

I’m never one to write a review but Nathaniel at DS Swansea deserves recognition for the amazing service I’ve received through out buying my car. Best service I’ve ever received when buying a car, love the car will definitely recommend 👍🏼 -
