I wrongly selected a 1 litre tin of primer/undercoat, rather 2.5 litres, so I had to change my order at the till.
Nothing was too much trouble for Heather as she was very helpful and dealt with the whole reordering process in a very friendly and professional manner.

Been here a couple of times recently - the arrangements for safe click and collect are excellent - just give them the last four digits of your order number when you get there and you're straight in and out.. Very friendly staff too! (and they had everything I wanted..)

I went to screwfix this evening and it was quieter than usual but extremely organised and easy to navigate . The gentleman that served me was really helpful and helped me with my perx card payment .I went in to buy a smoke alarm as had found them to be the best price for a single alarm . After chatting to the gentleman I then purchased other products which I had planned to purchase elsewhere . Thankyou for making the experience easy for a casual diy 'er

Friendly, helpful staff. Good prices. Lots of things out on display so you can see them without necessarily ordering. Good parking.

Well, as your probably aware Covid is in out lives and , well it's a bit of a pain to be fair !

I was fortunate enough to shop at Screwfix Chester this week, I followed your click and collect model and arrived at store to collect my goods (click and collect is amazingly easy so well done !)

I was greeted at the door by a Man named Rob, who was managing the que very effectively, but I'd like to say better than any other store I've visited , there was a sense of happiness and joy from him! I was advised wait time and what was needed for me to collect my goods !

When I arrived at the till, a lovely lady named Jodi she was fill of life too and was a real credit to your store team, everything was safe clean and organised ! Social distance measures are spot on, I felt safe and clearly the staff felt safe too!

Suppose people don't go out of their way to say welldone , but from the experience Rob and Jodi gave I'll 100% be visiting you again!

All you need diy store set on sealand industrial estate Aldi side bit further up on right hand side .... they have All you need drills,tools,even a catalogue and online shop .so look and check things out before you buy .... not bad on prices but open 7 days a week .. friendly helpful staff and will order in from another shop if sold out in Chester... can't go wrong

Use this place quite often. Never had any issues. Sometimes a bit slower than usual to get served but only because they are busy. Covid secure premises.

I was looking for a brass brighton sash window catch and Screwfix had just what I needed. Good quality and similar to the original I was trying to match. The staff were very helpful when I couldn't find it in the catalogue. It only took a couple of minutes for them to find it and to get it for me.

Really helpful all the time . They no there stuff as well . Anything you can ask , there will be someone there who can help . Prices are pretty good as well . Would highly recommend 👍👍👍
