First car I bought from Watsons kept me mobile for over 165,000 miles with no significant issues, so they were a natural choice when it came to a 'trade-up'.

They gave me a good deal on a 16 plate Fiesta, with a better return on my old vehicle than I would have gotten elsewhere. 6 month warranty rather than the 3 months that others offer.

Even though it didn't relate to the vehicle mechanics, there was no quibble about sorting a recent issue with the driver's seat. Following the repair, when I went to retrieve the vehicle, they even backed the car into the service bay so I wouldn't get soaked by the sudden deluge outside! Can't fault that!

Having recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Focus from Watsons dealership, I can only say how refreshing it was to deal with a friendly and helpful group of people and I can highly recommend them as a company to deal with.

Having been involved in an accident I needed to organise a new car so I could resume work and get back to normal life as soon as possible. It just so happened that the very car I needed was easily spotted in the showroom last Friday. By Monday morning I was driving it away a very happy customer. Always prompt and courteous, excellent service from a well established local garage

Excellent garage and really nice staff.. bought a Mini Cooper sd . The car was really well priced and gave me a very fair px valuation. Travelled there, over 100 miles from home but was well worth the journey. I have had 5 minis and everything is an optional extra on them. When we arrived, noticed a couple of extras the were not clear in the photos I.e Jcw steering wheel and gear selector, heated seats. Car had been well valeted, 12 months mot, full main dealer history with very recent service and 4 brand new tires the garage had put on for me.

The vehicle comes with 6 months warranty where they will put things right, which is free and very generous cover.

Many people have commented what lovely people the owners and staff are and I wholeheartedly agree. The lady who helped us with the test drive was so friendly and the salesman extremely nice and the opposite of pushy, just a really decent friendly person, I noticed a lot of much older people were looking at cars and he was explaining the technology and being very respectful and helpful.

Some people have said this is old fashioned good customer service but I think actually this garage sets the bar higher and I can absolutely see why they have so much repeat custom. An easy 5*

Took my mum's car here for its service and Mot as she is shielding in lockdown. She has bought her last 3 cars from here and wouldn't go anywhere else and it's clear to see why... Great old fashioned customer service, trustworthy workmanship and integrity you can rely on when doing a deal. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Went In and came out with a lovely kuga . No pushy sales men. Very helpful and answered all my questions s. Will buy a car again from here
