Recently completed an order with ITS Technologies and I received excellent customer service and support from initial contact through to after sales. Jonathan was quick to respond to my request for a quote and offered a price far better than others. Various payment method were offered which made the transaction simple. Once payment had been made I chose a delivery date suitable for me and the delivery was made at 9am that day. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the products missing two cables, which was the suppliers fault not ITS Technologies, however it was quickly resolved and a replacement product sent out next day delivery. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Ordered solar panels and an inverter for my workshop. I went with ITS because their delivery was the fastest and they offered assistance with putting together a kit based on the dimensions and characteristics of the roof. Their quote was competitive too. I didn't have time to familiarise myself with the different available brands of rails, so this was very helpful. There was one misunderstanding about the specific way that I had in mind for installing the solar panels, but I can't blame ITS for that. In any case they rectified the issue immediately and sent the extra components I needed for no additional charge. I expect to order again from ITS and already recommended to others.

Bought the Fox storage batteries on pre-order. Waited a good few months due to global supply issues. The ITS Tech. customer service was very helpful and dealt with my case promptly and efficiently, as my order wasn't without the problems - due to their supplier fault. The company kept me updated via email and also status page on the website. I will definitely use them again!

There are a million reasons why supplying Solar PV equipment is difficult right now, through this Jonathan and his team have worked really hard to deliver more than excuses. They designed, sourced and delivered the kit for this 10*JA380, GSE in-roof installation which was fitted in September. They have worked maturely with problems in sourcing GiveEnergy G2 kit. We will be dealing with them again.

Ordered Battery from ITS and paid in full. Through no fault of their own,the date was pushed back.When i requested a full refund, this was refunded at the earliest opportunity.Thanks to Ben from there support team for keeping me updated. with phone calls and emails.I have hit there notify when in stock button and will wait for the supply chains to calm down.

I don't normally add reviews unless it's based on an exceptional circumstance, and I feel this is one of them. I've ordered twice through them now and this review is based on the second most recent purchase.

I ordered 3x US5000 batteries back in the beginning of July with an original ETA of a month. August came and no batteries arrived and so I left it a further couple of weeks before trying to contact ITS. I got the sense they were very busy with people contacting them as there were status notifications on stock and delivery on their website, and they also mentioned that phones would be closed on one day each week just to process email.

With the dedicated status page on the website providing some further (and detailed) info, that was enough to stop me picking up the phone and trying to call them. Note to ITS, having more regular weekly delivery status updates like this on your site will definitely help.

With my delivery looking to be pushed out to October I waited again. I was contacted by someone from ITS back on the 11th Oct to confirm I was up next and my delivery slot, and can confirm I received my delivery earlier this week on the 21st.

Yes it's been a long and delayed order process, but I'm also fully aware of the global supply chain issues going on and the demand for batteries has increased what with energy prices and the number of people now investing in solar PV. ITS are helpless in this situation as they can't control this, but keeping me as a buyer comfortable during this and keeping me updated even as ITS themselves don't know when stock is coming in to the UK was key.

I appreciate the long hours the staff at ITS must have been doing and want to say thanks for honouring the delivery without me even chasing them. To anyone else still waiting for their batteries, I hope yours turn up soon, it's just a matter of waiting sadly!

I made my first order from ITS a few weeks ago for a GivEnergy battery system. Jonathan was extremely helpful and efficient dealing with my order and the whole process was painless. Will definitely use them again for my next installation.

Had problems getting any company to ship to N.Ireland, that little Irish Sea crossing is a pain!, but on this occasion ITS persisted. We did have various problems along the way, but with a little patience, and I’m sure a few bad words, I got my order. Impressed with ITS and their customer experience. Thanks.

I pre-ordered 3-off PylonTech US3000C batteries (and a Solis Inverter from another supplier due to long deliveries being quoted).
They arrived bang on time for the slot I had selected, and were in and working in no time at all - straight out of the box.
Jonathan Stross at ITS was extremely helpful, and although they are all working under immense pressure he replied quickly to my emails and kept me up to date on my order - Thanks!!

I ordered two batteries on pre-order given the huge increase in demand they took a while to arrive, however I.T.S keep in touch via email and a dedicated webpage which was often updated. Good customer service and prices - I would definitely use them again in the future.

A HUGE thank you to Ben and the team for all their help. I ordered a GivEnergy battery for my solar pv system, the global supplies have been challenging to say the least but Ben was good enough to call me to offer an alternative size battery so my order could be fulfilled earlier, on top of that he also managed to sort out 2 gen 1 to gen 2 cables at a time when they are like hens teeth. Top service and would definitely use them again. Thank you again 👍

I can't fault ITS Technologies. They kept me up to date through the delivery process, being honest about what was happening. The products were delivered as soon as they became available and my Pylontech / Solis system is now operating.

Very impressed with ITS Technologies. I've placed three seperate orders for various pieces of Solar equipment and they've been great. Good stock, competative price and quick delivery. When delivery is impacted by supply chain timing, they give you a delivery date right from the start and thats exactly when it arrives. In fact you can chose which day you want it delivered. A very different experience to other Solar suppliers who take you money and then give you no information and you have to keep chasing. ITS Technologies are very professional and deserve recognisiton. Decent company, spent circa £12k with them, they kept me updating in regards to delivery, helped me with out some technical questions and also helped ship some cables that i required but missed off the order. Panels all came well protected and in one piece.

Great service. Good prices and Jonathan made an effort to meet my needs despite being a relatively small, one-off customer- many other companies weren't interested as I'm not a trade buyer. Pallet arrived to NI the next day. Recommended.

Its super tough for companies like ITS Technologies to continue to supply goods and whilst I had to wait a good few months for my items the comms were always good and the team were helpful in ensuring the items were right for me. Really great work from the team in very difficult circumstances
