Its a charity shop

We appreciate the good that Loros do for people in palliative care, we’ve just donated what was a good few pounds of our possessions, only to be greeted with we should have brought them in before 2pm, unknown to us! No thanks given, I feel like they were just doing us a favour, the person just went into the back of the shop, won’t bother again, just donate our stuff to another charity.
