Kibworth Books

Very quaint little bookshop, easily accessible and all on the same level. A very good selection of books, both new and pre-loved. Very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Very competitive prices as you would not necessarily expect. A pleasure to visit, and I shall return.

Great store, very kind people who are always giving great reading advice or conversation points! Love the new penmanship/crafts room, and a good selection of fiction or nonfiction books. I am though starved of poetry... Would always love some more poetry shelves!

Probably the best bookshop in the country. Debbie and her team go the extra mile with customer service - if the book you want is in print, they will not only get it but will let you know when it has arrived. Can't be faulted!

The recent Open Evening was a huge success: very well organised, (as ever), and the place was packed! We are so blessed to have such a wonderful local bookshop.

It is so nice to have a REAL bookshop - well worth travelling out of Leicester to Kibworth. It is nice to be able to order books for collection by email, and then be able to add a few more whilst in the shop. Our first order was delivered - much better to go and collect! The only adverse comment I could make is that the Bookshop is located in a delightful period building that has a rather difficult stairway (if you are infirm) to the upper floor - but it is worth the effort!!!

Ordered a 2022 diary online - it arrived quickly, beautifully wrapped and with a postcard and bookmark inside the package - these gorgeous personal touches mean I want to buy all my books through Kibworth from now on!

Mid-way through school planning to find I was in need of a specific book, Debbie was extremely helpful, I was prepared to wait for a couple of days delivery, (sometimes next day delivery), but 'hey presto' the book was on the shelf. Fantastic having a local bookshop.

If you're a book fan or even just looking for a gift then I can't recommend kibworth books enough! This ain't your highstreet Waterstones! With amazing staff that are all insanely knowledgeable, a range of books and genres and even cute stationary, what more could you ask for!
