Jonny is by far the best massage therapist in the area and is an expert at his craft. He knows his stuff but doesn't stop there, always enrolling on to new courses and keeping up to date with the latest developments ensuring his practice remains progressive and innovative. He works wonders on my back and shoulders on a regular basis and I can't recommend his professional service highly enough.

I have been seeing Jonny at Inner Body Balance for a number of years for all of my training issues and cannot recommend him enough. The skill, dedication, focus and commitment to clients is FANTASTIC.

Inner body balance is the best sports massage / physiotherapy i have ever had. Jonny greets you at the entrance to the gym which instantly makes you feel welcome. His office is immaculate and his equiptment is top level. I went to inner body balance with a serious back problem that was causing sciatica. After 3 sessions with jonny and a few gym sessions which jonny gave me instructions for, i was completely fixed! I have realised that sports massage is not just for when you are injured, it is to prevent injury. I go to jonny at least once a month and this has helped me stay injury free while playing football and going to the gym on most days. His knowledge, support, and advice are second to none, and I am extremely grateful for all of his guidance, which has allowed me to continue training in the gym.

Jonny has magic hands. I pulled up during a Sunday match and could barely walk. I went to see him the next day and had some intensive treatment on my ITB. It was painful, but worked a dream and I was playing again by the Saturday. I now refer all of my players to him to assist their rehabilitation. I also recommend non-sportspeople to see him for help with issues caused by posture or poor sleeping position.

Hands by name... thorough by nature. Except that 'Jonny Throrough Hands' would sound a bit odd on his passport. I've been seeing Jonny for a variety of issues, everything from simple stress maintenance to injuries incurred during professional stupidity, and his knowledge of physiology and technique is second to none. Some of the things he does hurt. But no matter the short-term pain, you'll leave his place in a better state than you went in. Which is the point, really. Only gets five stars because I couldn't give him six. Has nice teeth.
