Zoe Sports Massage Therapist

Today is my second visit to see Zoe but for my first lymphatic drainage and sculpt. She was super attentive as always, friendly and talked me through the process and made me feel at ease throughout the session. The results were amazing! I feel so much lighter, at ease and more free, didn't even know my lymph nodes were even clogged up until I felt the massive difference after the session!! Thank you so much Zoe! Will definitely be returning for another sports massage and another lymphatic drainage and sculpt. I would highly recommend Zoe!

Second time sports massage on shoulders and back but first with Zoe. Straight away was super friendly, welcoming and professional. Amazing massage and very knowledgeable. Definitely felt at ease and understood and came out with good information and advise. Will definitely be returning!

Thank you Zoe!! The massage was absolutely brilliant and exactly what I needed. She was very knowledgeable, addressed all the issues I told her about [that have been bothering me for a while] in a much more in depth and holistic way compared to another therapist I saw before. I'm a rather big guy and the ammount of tension and tightness was nothing to her, she has the skills and the strength to really get in there and loosen them up. Gave me very good advise that I intend to follow and all though this was my very first massage like that, I don't think it will be my last! :)

Today I had my first sports massage with Zoe. From arrival, she was polite, welcoming and professional. The massage itself was absolutely brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and I felt I came away with more information about how my muscles worked. She put me at ease and was lovely to chat to. Will definitely be returning in the coming months. After experiencing two sessions with Zoe I can happily say that she does a great job. I feel lighter, looser and pain free. My experience with Zoe has been very welcoming, professional and lastly, I always leave knowing a lot more about how I can take care of my body. A great bonus!

Zoe is most definitely one of the best in her field. Her friendly manner is matched by her great knowledge. Having suffered with a stiff neck recently Zoe gets right to the issue and has worked wonders.

Upon arriving to see Zoe, I presented her with several discomforts in my legs and lower back. Promptly identifying my concerns, she skillfully addressed them. I cannot praise her treatment highly enough - it truly deserves five stars.

Zoe Sports Massage Therapist has been a pivotal change in my life. Due to my professional I have a heavy burden on my physical health & well being. Since seeing Zoe for the last several months she has been able to give me back my full range of movements & better health meaning I am able to function better in my role & at the gym. I can whole heartedly recommend Zoe to any person who is on the fence about seeking treatments or other as Zoe in her self is a wonderful character who will put you at ease immediately & make you wish you started sooner.

Zoe is an amazing therapist. She treats me for ongoing neck pain and muscle tension. I leave feeling so much better and healthier. She is professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend her!

Where to start…. Zoe is an amazing sports therapist and such a lovely person, from the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed in with such warmth, throughout the treatment she explained the benefits of the procedure and other procedures as well as I was curious! Felt completely relaxed the whole time and felt like I had been coming to Zoe for years. Perfect pressure sports massage and zoe was really reassuring and let me know to tell her if I had any concerns throughout. If you want a massage that’s really going to target your problematic areas I couldn’t recommend more! Thank you Zoe and I will definitely be returning!!!!

Absolutely the best! I’ve had 2 sports massages from Zoe now and my back definitely feels so much better. I’m always sotting with my back hunched because of my work so my back suffers a lot and massages with Zoe have greatly helped. Zoe is so lovely to chat to as well, highly recommend her services to anyone.

First appointment with Zoe. Took time to listen to what was concerning me and very knowledgeable. Had a 60 min sports massage and came away with much more movement than when I arrived. She gave good aftercare advice. Will be shortly booking my next appointment.

Zoe’s excellent, I cannot recommend her enough! I love my monthly maintenance sports massage & hijama cupping sessions. Zoe intuitively knows where to focus, is *never* painful & is incredibly knowledgeable on anatomy as a whole. My body & mind are much improved thanks to working with Zoe, am so pleased our paths crossed 💝

Zoe is so friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away as I was nervous for my first ever sports massage. She explained everything and made sure she knew where my main complaints and issues were. Such a lovely person and a great sports therapist! Would highly recommend.

I went to Zoe for the first time a couple of days ago after suffering with back pain for a few years. Immediately Zoe made me feel welcomed and comfortable. We talked through my back problems and she explained the recommended treatment - she always checked I was comfortable with what she was doing. I felt reassured that Zoe knew what she was doing as she is very knowledgable and passionate about what she does. Even after the one treatment my back already feels so much better and I’ve noticed my posture is already a lot better - my shoulders are no longer hunched. I highly recommend and will 100% be going back to Zoe!!

Zoe is incredible!! I suffer from leg pain and a previous knee injury and she was amazing. She helped alleviate the pain, which meant I could enjoy dancing with no pain.

Always feel so much better after seeing Zoe. She is able to help me with whatever I come to her with but she is so knowledgeable she picks up on things I haven't even noticed.
Didn't realise a lot of things about my own body until Zoe pointed them out.

I’d been looking for a reliable and conscientious sports therapist for a while, when one of my friends recommended I go see Zoe. Booking in with Zoe was quick and easy, and when it came round to the appointment, Zoe made me feel very comfortable and listened to everything which had been causing me discomfort and pain.

I’d been having some issues with upper back/neck pain, and during the course of the treatment, Zoe kept me informed on what she was doing and why she was doing it.

The relief I felt after just one session was indescribable!

Cannot recommend her enough if you’re local to the Peterborough area!

I couldn’t recommend Zoe enough!! Her wealth of knowledge never goes unnoticed and I’ve learnt so much from her in a small amount of time! Zoe makes sure that I’m comfortable as soon as I walk in the door and has created such a safe space. I thoroughly look forward to my appointments which are a mix between a sports massage and cupping- I’ve noticed a massive difference already and cannot wait to continue to work with Zoe and let her work her magic 💘

First time having a sports massage and safe to say I’m booked in again! Zoe was amazing! Talked me through it all and has really helped. I always felt like someone was pulling my shoulder blades out to which Zoe did this stretch on me and the instant relief was amazing it was like I’d got a flat back again and not all these knots.
Amazing work and already can’t wait for my next appointment!
