Fantastic staff, always there to help. Staff very knowledgeable about all medications. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Been coming here for years, staff always very helpful and will try and sort out any issues with their gp.

I ordered one item from a batch in person at the weekend. This afternoon the item wasn’t ready for collection. I returned fifteen minutes later and was given all five items in the batch, even though I made clear that I only required the one. They need to learn to listen.

It would be useful if the phone was answered so I can check prescriptions I am collecting are there. Now I have to chance it, if its not there I have to keep going back til it's there.

Had a ear appointment but when arrival was told the machine is not working. Told to take medication but that has not worked so have to arranged a drs appointment. Not good service at all.

I had seen a consultant at the hospital in the morning and she had written out a prescription for me to get filled that same day. I went to Belmont Tesco pharmacy at around 1:45pm and duly handed over the prescription to get filled. The counter assistant looked at it, looked at me, showed it to the pharmacist then told me the "doctor" had written it out wrong. Actually I said, it was the consultant at the hospital who gave it to me this morning, well said the counter assistant, we can't fill it because it's wrong, we don't have emulsifying ointment we just have ointment, can't I have that I asked, no she said, the prescription needs changing! There was no helpfulness, no care towards the customer, no "how can we help you with this" she was just a jumped up jobs worth who shouldn't be customer facing with her attitude.
I then took the prescription to Rowlands who couldn't have been more helpful and gave me what I needed to ease the discomfort I was in. Definitely won't be using this pharmacy for anything.

Appalling chemist, dreadful service and staff who obviously think they make the rules. Refused to let someone have their emergency prescription issued by 111 service unless they paid for it despite having a pre paid cert. Their resoning being they were not a regular user of that chemist.. I have since has advice from another pharmacist that they cannot do that... How can you be an emergency weekend prescription pharmacy if you wont let then have their medication unless you pay for it a second time having already paid for a pre paid cert 🤦‍♀🤷‍♀🤷‍♀ good job it easnt life and death!!!!!!

Never answer the phone, abrupt staff , tell you they have ordered your meds on delivery for next day then make excuses when they haven't got them next day. Not a very good service i have requested a new pharmacy at my gp

Ridiculous long waiting times for simple prescription, witnessed a customer having to come back as they had given him someone else's tablets just because they had the same forename! Disorganised and and pompous staff
