Wickton Court B&B

Needed a place we could stay with our dog as she was having cataract surgery at the specialist vets in Leominster - Wickton Court is less than a ten minute drive away. It’s quiet, comfortable, clean and welcoming. We had to leave earlier than anticipated and Steph insisted on sending us away with a packed breakfast, which was gratefully accepted. We will definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area. Thank you!

Superb place, Greg welcomed us on arrival and took us to our excellent room, with adjoining bathroom. Good amenities and well thought out. Grounds are amazing. Our breakfast was outstanding, cooked freshly by Steph. Would recommend 100% for a relaxing peaceful break.

Amazing location and brilliant value for money. Greg and Steph (the hosts) were more than welcoming and happy to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy! The green room was beautifully decorated and the garden area was to die for! Thank you both for such a lovely stay, would definitely go back again!

Stayed here with my Staffy,lovely people and awesome place,my dog just loved both there dogs,the little whippet trotted alongside us on walks.Got a bit lost in the lanes,the lady came and found us...

This is AMAZING!!! The House is stunningly beautiful in the heart of glorious countryside....matched by the warmth of the welcome from Steph and Greg.....Breakfast is all you could wish for if it was your last breakfast on this earth...so fresh and tasty and so generous. We have stayed in some really beautiful spots across the globe and this is right up there! Thankyou! Sue and Bill.

Loved staying there, very nice quiet location, hosts are welcoming and the rooms are cosy and spacious. They also welcome dogs and kids as well. Definitely will be back!!

NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN ALL MY YEARS OF TRAVELLING

Booked one night to have a warm room and a bath, because our boiler had broken. The woman who let us in was incredibly rude. She was so nasty. Told us her dog would probably attack one of our dogs because she is so small!
The ROOM was ABSOLUTELY FREEZING, even though they knew what time we were arriving. The lights were hanging out of ceiling in the bathroom so we couldn't even have a bath. FINALLY NO LOCK ON BEDROOM DOOR, SO VERY DANGEROUS!! How were we supposed to sleep in a cold room with no lock, is beyond me!
Never in a hospitality setting have I been spoken to the way this woman spoke to us. She stormed out of the bedroom and slammed the door, because we were confused about there being no way to lock it. Seeing as both guests were female, that was never going to be an option.
They also advertise having table-tennis, so we mentioned we could possibly play that whilst waiting for her husband to fix the bathroom lights, and all she said was, "Good luck, it's even colder in there"!!
So we left, got a takeaway and went back home to our cold, but very welcoming home 40 mins away.

Thoughtless holding of really noisy parties well into the small hours of the morning with no consideration for neighbours!
