👼🩷🩷 I wanted to say a massive thank you to Victoria and all her staff. I cannot put into words how amazing they have been , Victoria has made this horrible situation a little bit easier for us all. Unfortunately we lost our baby girl, something no one should have to go through but it has brought us great comfort knowing Victoria took great care of our precious girl , she looked absolutely beautiful when I went to see her ,Victoria made us feel at home and that brought great comfort to us, to be able to cuddle my little girl again. Victoria has done absolutely everything for us , she picked our baby girl up from 2 hours away , Victoria made sure she had her daily cuddles, taking amazing care of her and us and made sure she had the best send off to heaven and we'll forever owe her absolutely everything for doing that. There was never anything to much for Victoria she went above and beyond to make sure our baby girl had the best, treating Maya with dignity and respect. I will recommend victoria to everyone because she is the best. I honestly can not thank Victoria and her team enough for everything,

Victoria and Jo are simply the best. At such a sad time they took away all my worry and stress. The funeral was perfect, my mom would have been so happy. If you need a caring , supportive and truly professional funeral directors then use Victoria Allen. I will always be so glad I did.

Victoria and her team are excellent. All through the process they were professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Victoria was always available to answer questions and give advice.

Jo is fantastic and her guidance and advice with the choice of florist and layout of the funeral service sheet was so welcome at such a sad time and with the added Covid 19 restrictions.

Victoria and her staff are truely amazing, they made such a devastating time a little easier to bare, nothing was too much trouble, night or day, we all felt totally supported, and knew that our father was being looked after, and was getting the funeral he deserved. Thank you so much

Made a tricky experience much easier.

Appalling service. No compassion, no empathy, no sympathy! Father-in-law’s funeral was pre-paid and pre-arranged by him. What a mistake! Got your money so we’ll do what we like! No-one came to talk through funeral plans with us. All done impersonally by phone or email. Wouldn’t let us go and see him as THEY decided we wouldn’t want to make the 30 mile trip to the funeral parlour so had already sealed the coffin. When we phoned to raise our concerns Victoria put us on speakerphone with a lady in the office and tore us off a strip about how busy they were and how the current situation with covid was putting stress on their business. Made us feel like my father-in-laws passing was a real inconvenience. They made everything so much more upsetting and difficult than it should have been.
