I've been looking for a good bike mechanic for a while (harder than you might think) but took my bike into We Cycle for a silver service based on other recommendations. Service was spot on and the bike is running really well - my trusty steed was well looked after. Couldn't resist a browse in the shop too and everyone was very attentive and spent time looking for something that might be suitable (I'm shorter than most so my options are limited). Much appreciated and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Absolutely 1st class service. Went to view 2 mountain bikes was greeted by member of staff
Was able to browse without pressure. Questions I asked were promptly answered in a friendly manner. Chose my option with a few extras enjoyed a coffee selected pick up date
Very enjoyable experience collection was earlier my choice no problem from We Cycle
Every member of staff from the counter service to the workshop and the owners was superb a credit to you all for your professional and friendly service

We Cycle were a huge help today, saving my holiday! I came in with what I suspected were damaged bearings in my rear wheel, requiring the bike to be fixed on the same day due to me leaving Wales the morning after and heading on to Devon (to cycle). They were very accommodating, and were quick to check out what was wrong. It turned out it was worse than just the bearings, as the freehub had cracked. They didn’t have a replacement freehub that would work with my wheel, but sorted me out with a good value replacement wheel. I was really impressed by their eagerness to help get me back on my bike, and would thoroughly recommend them to others. They turned things around quick enough that I managed to get a brilliant ride in along the Conwy Valley in the evening.

They very kindly serviced my bike while I was away. Great service as always. Thank you !

Beautiful people and great service. Very friendly.
A local coffee shop in Llandudno Junction.
Although I wasn't keen on their version of large, the prices are reasonable, good value for money.
Have a relaxing cup of coffee whilst you ponder whether to buy a new (electric) bike or replace your old one.
Caters for Gluten and lactose intolerant folk.
There's small parking in front of the shop or on the streets free.
There's also more parking further past (few paces) the coffee shop for a very small fee.
Up the street, you can find one of the best fish and chips along the North Wales coast.
And express ASDA.
And many other small shops found in a small village.

The service was brilliant and Tom was so informative. He didn't put any pressure on us to purchase the bike.

Amazing and very quick service to help us on a group ride. We had a mechanical issue that was expertly sorted in less than 20 mins. Very friendly too. We couldn't have completed the trip without you!

Do not often give 5 stars but the team at Wecycle are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. This is now my go to place for everything bike related. Thank you for taking care of my Haibike warranty issue so effortlessly.

We were holidaying in N. Wales and were recommended this shop by a local mountain biker.
My husband contacted the shop and spoke to Josh who was super helpful, we arranged a short test rise on an Orbea rise and there was zero pressure to buy, indeed we left that day without making a purchase as it was a lot of money so needed thinking over.
Doing further research online we found the same bike in a sale online, Josh was contacted and instantly matched the price, he even fully charged the bike so I could ride the next few days of our holiday.

Vowed I would never set foot in the shop again but after reading these reviews will visit in the future. I bought my Wisper from there just over two years ago. Had brilliant customer service from David at Wisper but, unfortunately, not from the old owners. Good luck and I will spread the word amongst e bikers I meet that there are new owners.

Awesome shop, they help me for a broken piece hard to find and they find a solution, very helpful!!!! The shop is big, you have everything and good café inside, very chill !! Thanks again for the help !!

Awesome experience and great service. Kit was fantastic from the outset with help and advice for my first road bike purchase ever (Bianchi CV Infinito). Visited the store and Kit couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Very happy and would recommend including a very easy no quibble price matching for the bike and items. First class service thanks.

Collected a bike today after ordering over the phone using the Cycle to Work Scheme and was served by Josh. Very friendly, helpful and cheery. The lady who took all the forms and checked ID was also very friendly and cheery (Really sorry didn't grab the name). Will gladly shop here again and recommend them to friends.

I’ve been using WeCycle as my local bike shop for over a year now. They have always been super helpful with any questions I’ve had about products or bikes in general. They have a huge stock of bikes and various other kit and equipment, anything you could ever need really! However if there is something you want ordering, the staff are always helpful in trying to find exactly what you need.

Great shop, great staff and great coffee (bonus!)

Once again I am very happy with my experience at We Cycle. The workshop team worked miracles to upgrade my new Cannondale. Another complicated set of instructions from me that were completed to my very high standards by a friendly and professional team. Workshops are under great pressure at this time of the year, juggling upgrades, sales and repairs and I am never disappointed. A great place with great staff and great coffee. Thank you We Cycle.

Ordered a Nukeproof Digger gravel bike off We Cycle customer service was top class staff were very knowledgeable guys answering all my questions.

They even delivered the bike the following day down to Newport South Wales amazing shop would definitely use again cheers guys.

We recently purchased two e-bikes and the advice and service from Chris (Kit) was spot on as we had never had e-bikes before. Kit spent quite a while showing us various tips etc. They checked it over and had them delivered to our door by Kit in a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Just won’t to take the time to say thanks to Gareth and his team of great guys and girls. Recently moved locally to the shop and originally got both my daughters bikes from here ( kit ) helped us chose the right bikes for them and even tough my daughter how to ride great guy he also makes great coffee !

Iv recently got myself a ebike from them and after a bit of a major off all the team and Gareth ( owner ) been constantly in contact with how my recovery is going. to me the shop is not just a shop we’re they try sell you the most expensive bike for them it’s building a relationship, the bike community there is fantastic and there coffee shop is amazing.

Purchased a Cannondale Quick Neo E bike and received excellent service , the bike was delivered to my home already to ride and I am over the moon with it .I have made several visits since to purchase other items and have always been very pleased with the service I have received , everyone who I have dealt with have been helpful and friendly.
