Had a wonderful experience today and had amazing help from beauty specialist Melina! She was very helpful and helped me with everything I needed, even colour matched me with the correct foundation I was looking for. Will definitely be back for return purchases when I’m around and hoping to bump into this lovely young woman again.

Zoe at Benefit is a true eyebrow wizard! Her expert touch and warm personality made my visit exceptional. She took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered perfectly shaped brows. Not only is she a skilled technician, but she's also a joy to chat with. Zoe is a must visit for brow perfection!

Anju in Fosse Park is the loveliest employee. Met her for the first time today with my sister and she was SO helpful. I struggled to find perfumes/gifts for hampers that I was creating but she stood with me and supported me throughout. Anju reassured both me and my sister with her words of comfort and she did not show any kind of irritancy towards my indecisiveness. Thank you for making my shopping experience great.

I had my eyebrows done on Saturday by the lovely Zoe, she’s such a lovely lady and does an incredible job, I wouldn’t trust anybody else! She’s so bubbly and friendly, which makes it a lovely experience. Thank you so very much Zoe ☺

AMAZING SERVICE FROM ZOE ON THE BENEFITS COUNTER, who went above and beyond (even during her lunch break) to help with photography printing as we were encountering problems with the machines and there was no one around to help. And all done with a beautiful smile 😊 thankyou Zoe, you are a star 🌟

Went in for my first eye test since I was at school (so a good 30 odd years!), all the staff were very pleasant, tests didn't take too long and they talked through each step. Nothing unexpected, knew I was losing my short range sight a bit already. Went for the upgraded test which does some kind of deeper, 3d scan, that didn't show anything out of the ordinary too, which is good. Now I need to find some nice frames for my reading glasses

Met an excellent lady in the make up section. I've seen her twice this week to colour match me some Tinted moisturiser and both time she's selected exactly the right shade first time! Excellent skills and really useful advise. Sorry didn't get her name, but she had long dark curly hair.

Really nice and clean store. Staff is always helpful, friendly, and with a smile on their face. I like everything about this store and the fact that always I find all the products which we need.

I visited Boots on a busy bank holiday Monday to pick up a few regular make up purchases. I decided to have a look at the perfume section, an area which always intimidates me due to the huge amount of choice!
I was greeted by Matthew who so helpful and very knowledgeable. I find fragrance and beauty counters overwhelming but Matthew used his knowledge to help me feel at ease. My go to perfume had been discontinued, so he went to the trouble of asking me what types of scent I preferred and picked out 2 especially for me to choose from. I am usually a bargain shopper, comparing prices online and cash back offers before I make a purchase, but in this case I was so pleased with the outcome I wanted to complete my purchase there and then.
Great customer service that is rarely experienced now on the high street, thank you Matthew and Boots, I will be back! 😊

I go to this boots quite often and sometimes feel I don't need to be pounced on by the beauty staff. But today's visit I had the BEST beauty staff helper, called Nadia. She was so friendly but relaxed about helping us, without this forceful upselling you usually receive here. She was patient and understanding with my skin needs and recommended a brand for foundation/concealer cover and I ended up buying because she helped me so authentically. Would love to come back just to ask Nadia for help ☺ Thank you so much Nadia, you made me feel so much better after having a few horrible encounters at this boots with nasty beauty "helpers".

I visited Boots looking for skin care products for my menopausal skin issues. I spoke with a friendly professional lady called Charlotte on the Clinique counter, who was so helpful. I highly recommend her if you need any advice about skincare. Nothing is too much trouble on any of the counters in this shop. It isn't too big that you feel lost in it or too small that they don't sell everything you need. It's just right.
There is also plenty of parking but the weekend can get busy.

Me and my daughter went boots she needed some bits there weren't alot of people considering the time of day. We visited 3 stores on the same day. They have redesigned fosse Park which looks awesome the food court has changed as well it looks more spacious and they have a kiddies area which is a good idea to keep them active and happy. I love fosse Park money well spent.

Popped in for some make up advice and was approached by a lovely assistant. She spent the next 30 mins with us demonstrating technique and products , no pressure and thoroughly relaxed.

I visited the Clinique counter and what a great experience it was! I cannot recommend the young person who served me enough. If you want good advice about skincare and make up this is the place to go.

Always very clean and tidy in Boots, one of our oldest and most loved high street stores. A fantastic range of products in the Fosse Park store which we visited yesterday. The staff are very helpful and my wife has booked in for an appointment with one of the beauty therapists next week.

I was helped by a lovely Scottish lady called Christine. She was so nice, helpful and friendly that it really made my day. She pointed out lots of things that I hadn't seen and were real bargains too. She made my shopping trip a real pleasure rather than something I needed to do. Thank you.

This is a great branch of Boots. There's just about everything you'd need here. Nice, spacious aisles. And no problem parking.
