Absolutely shocking customer service.
Went into this post office based here today to collect a parcel. Went to what appeared to be the separate post office counter only to be barked at by some woman who was more interested in amusing her toddler rather than looking after the shop. She was beyond rude. The shop itself was a complete mess and such a poor advert for both the Martin's and Post office brands. I will advise DPD and retailer about this experience.
