My wife and I had not been to this store for a long time. The last time we were here it seemed rather dull, drab and uninviting. This time we were pleased to see a freshness that is difficult to explain; cleaner, brighter, better organised and inviting! A young lady, impeccably dressed, asked if she could be of assistance. We were seeking to purchase an Eufy Indoor Pan and Tilt Security Camera. This was available to order, and she entered the details in her Tablet with a dexterity we had not seen before. Having been located we placed an order, appropriate forms completed and a delivery date arranged. We departed entirely satisfied with our visit. She, that is, Michelle, was courteous. knowledgeable and extremely efficient, nay, superlative. Could we say more? Yes, Michelle was AFC: Absolutely First Class.

Got what I wanted, delivery etc a bit pricey but had a fridge in stock loaded car. Unpacked and disposed of the old one at recycling. Cost me only petrol money for 5 mile trip.

Excellent advice had a problem with a mapping system for charging my car and they came up with an excellent system and I can monitor all the charging points with my new Samsung tablet without using my mobile phone it was easier and safer to drive with fantastic services will definitely go back again

After buying from one store, found the item to be faulty. Took it back. No quibbles or awkward questions the assistant gave us a refund. We asked about an alternate product but was available at his store, but was in another. Again very efficient service from the other store and now happy with our purchase.

Looking at an item the shop staff could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable the shop is well layed out clean etc shop staff polite friendly, just be aware some items on shelves may not be available but they can usually order in for next day.

Nick from the tech team is first class. We went in there in a blind panic, the night before my daughters first GCSE exam. Her laptop had died completely, all her revision text is on there, and as you can imagine this was causing huge anxiety and stress. I’m about 5 minutes Nick had the laptop fired up and working again! Can’t thank him enough for his problem solving and skills!

I was after a TV, wasn't sure what one but saw a TV with a beautiful picture and so asked an assistant to give me all the info I needed and answered my questions then he showed me some alternatives that were cheaper and told me the difference but I kept with the one I set my eyes on and brought it, he was a great young lad who knew his stuff and I had all the time in the world to decide and ask anything that came to mind regarding the TV, it was a pleasant shopping experience and I got excactly what I wanted, thank you conner of Kettering store, next time I buy from currys you'll be the guy I'll find to help me choose and buy, in my experience your one of a kind
