Fantastic team of people here we ordered a kitchen and bathroom and they was fantastic from the start to finish, I few thing I return back only because we didn’t need them in the end and changed ideas as you do ,and the staff on the returns section yet again amazing many thanks ,nice to see people happy to help and friendly,I’ve also called them up as I fitted the kitchen myself and they helped me with certain things over the phone ,that goes along way with me ,many many thanks

Pretty helpful staff, products good value for money and a decent range, used the home delivery and was a really quick and efficient service. A few slabs arrived broken, but call them and they came straight out the following day with replacements. Pleased with my final result after getting my front garden done, all products were from B&Q other than the grass.

Called in Mansfield b&q today. I ask for some help choosing battery operated stick and on spot light. The male member of staff. That helped me choose. Was very helpful. And very friendly. Great customer service. And great customer contact. I am really pleased with my purchase. They look brilliant. Thank you Absolutely brilliant. Also the rest of the staff were very helpful aswell. I'm sorry I can't remember the staff members name. Highly recommend b&q. Thanks guys. 👍👍

Christmas Archway!

Absolutely stunning! This is by far the best 9ft flocked archway I've had. The instructions are easy to follow dispite the reviews. I would highly recommend 👌 this one. Its a shame I can't add picture as its beautiful.

Their staff found extremely polite & knowledgeable helps me for the flooring material problem. It is a very large store and everything is labelled, even you could found many discount items. I thoroughly enjoy shopping at the store.

Nice and big with a cafe inside the customer toilets are clean and probably some of the best customer toilets I've ever seen in a B&Q.the car park is big with plenty free spaces even in peak times Staff are helpful and friendly and plenty of them on the shop floor

I would just like to say a big thank you to rob and kev for helping me start me car much appreciated went above and beyond to help in get it started again so I could get back to work what brilliant staff very helpful in every way possible

That had exactly what I was looking for in store when all the main competitors in the area had no stock. The price was also competitive. I'll go to b&q first next time I want anything DIY. The staff were pleasant helpful and efficient, leading straight me to the product, deep inside the store. Checkout was efficient and, again, pleasant.Thank you.

Love this shop, but not on weekends lol. Since aldi has popped up in the same complex it just gets too busy.

This is my go-to place for plants - they have a good selection of indoor and outdoor plants
It is local for me and the prices are less than at a garden centre. They may not stock the more exotic specimens, but they have definitely widened their range.
The staff are extremely helpful and will assist you with heavier items to your car.
Everything is on the ground floor level and easily accessible. Wide aisles accommodate wheelchairs and disability scooters. There is Blue Badge parking right outside.
I would imagine that they have most things for DIY enthusiasts - I'm afraid that l don't come anywhere near this category.

I found this place easy to get too, with plenty of free parking it's massive inside so has everything for any diy project they even have bedding curtains. somethings are expensive but there's alot of stuff that's at a good price you can use your b&q card to get discounts money off, shelfs where fully stocked I found it easy to find what I needed with the big signs hanging from the roof, there was plenty of staff if needing help. I would recommend b&q
