M&S Simply Food

This is a large and convenient M&S food market, with a large carpark.
The shop is packed with high-quality food products, the prices are generally more expensive than a lot of other shops, however the prices do reflect the quality of the goods.
This shop is also very child friendly with its mini trolleys for kids and buttons to push that make animal noises.

Good store to visit. Clean and tidy. Nice staff. Lots to choose from at reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Always very friendly & helpful staff (they really have been so nice each visit!). Large new-ish food store with a nice atmosphere. I don't go often, but it's nice to get better quality produce especially if I have a Sparks offer, or find something I can't find elsewhere as it's always well stocked when I've visited. On my latest visit I couldn't find a customer service point for clothing return parcels but someone stocking shelves near the entrance scanned & took my parcels anyway. I've only been quite late as it's usually a quieter time to shop in general but the self-scan area seems a bit busy/cramped, I'm guessing it's only a problem then because all the empty checkouts are probably in use earlier on though. On my first couple of visits I struggled to find things - one visit last month I was trying to find oat milk and it wasn't near normal milk at all, whereas at Grantham I could just browse along the same aisle - this store is bigger though so it's now my favourite to visit anyway (with the Lincoln food store being my least favourite out of the three as it never seemed to stock what I wanted, I haven't been recently to that one though). There's no cafe but there's a Costa Coffee directly opposite. I think it's more wheelchair friendly than other M&S as I haven't noticed or walked into any of those baskets that go in front of shelves.

Very large food hall and the very best M and S food hall I have ever used. Huge selection of everything. If you are in Newark area, pay it a visit.

Clean and almost well stocked. Didn't get fish sushi. Only chicken or veg. But maybe next time I will have more luck. Brilliant part with fresh fruit and Belgian sweets

Fantastic store, great staff, just a shame the designers of the entrance and exit to the car park were having an awful day when they decided on the final design......a pain to get into and it of

M & S at its absolute best far superior to Harrods food Hall and F & M. THE staff super too. Thank you. Our 30mile round trip just for bread worth every penny.

Small enough to be very friendly and big enough to have everything we need.

Great location for me as I commute pass the door. Parking plentiful and free. For me being a dedicated food branch comes with obvious advantages, namely range of products. A little good quality bakery is a nice touch. A quality range of ready meals is a plus to a single guy.

This place is cheaper than you think, great quality food and very friendly staff.

Larger food hall, lots of different foods compared to usual supermarkets. Lots of parking that is free and lots of electric chargers in car park including Tesla supercharger ones.

Top quality products in a clean smart environment . All the breads look appealing. It's just difficult to choose the one to buy

We love visiting this shop, it's layout is easy to navigate, the quality of the food is great and the interactive parts of the ship for children means that I can shop with my children and they enjoy it too.

Very large Simply Food. Bright, Modern, has most things you could want. Not the cheapest, but very good quality.

Always well stocked and many items I usually only see in London stores. Minor gripe is the odd arrangement for weighing loose products. Plenty of space to roam in the very top class interior.

The shop looks amazing. Loved the music and happy summer vibes. Paula k who served us on the till was so lovely, friendly and professional. I notice she checked the eggs before putting them in our bags. She is an asset to Marks & Spencer! I will be coming again soon. Thank you!
