Great Boots in Newark. Easy free parking. Large store with lot of selection of products and electronics. Also had Scan to Recycle box for recycling empty makeup and toiletries.

I’ve been to boots tonight and the ladies that served and helped me were incredible. My baby is on prescription formula and all of the stock had been recalled. I had been stressed all day with sorting this. After numerous phonecalls and visits to pharmacies. Chelsey and the assistant manager at Boots, helped me find an alternative and were very reassuring. They went out of their way to help. Thanks again for all your help, they are an asset to Boots!

Went there for a prescription staff were brilliant and attentive as always, it's my local pharmacy and its a large boots at that. You can buy anything from baby bottles to vitamins get down there and I promise you will get 5* treatment

Went to Boots today to purchase my wedding perfume and was served by the wonderful tentative Julie 08/12/2012 08:59am. She made me feel at ease and was super helpful with my 1 million smells. Really appreciate her taking the time to make me feel special! thanks once again Julie!

I have to go every day because of my certain prescription and they are always so polite to me they have never been prejudiced towards me because of the reason I go in so I couldn't ask for a better store than the one on Northgate.
Edit it is also so so convenient because it is open till midnight on Monday to Saturday

Probably the best staffed Boots in the country, not that I've visited that many, but the Pharmacy staff are outstanding.
Funny that Mr Google has spotted that I was in there yesterday and asked has it changed. As I collected at the Pharmacy counter I repeated my above thoughts to the person serving me, as again really special service.

Excellent store staff. Pharmacy staff are professional, the private consultation room is available and useful. Retail staff are helpful, cheery and polite. My go to well being store.

Been to Boots a few times recently. Asked staff for some guidance before my purchase. Felt listened to and got what I needed without any issues at all. The place smells lovely, perfumes. Pleasant. I think it's an under utilised shop. Nice and big, well stocked. Late pharmacy feature is great. Check Covid-19 restrictions though. Helpful and smiling staff.

Went in for some advice on number 7 the lady I spoke was fab, really knew her stuff and wrote everything down for me. Really good visit
