Tell Me Wine

An absolute must if you find yourself in this beautiful part of the country. We had a wonderful wine tasting experience for 16 people. Chris accommodated us quite last minute and was very relaxed and communicative. She also put on the most delicious spread of homemade food, catering for our dietary requirements with ease. Fabien’s tasting was perfect balance or informal yet informative, and including a Welsh white was a particular favourite. We learned a lot and loved the selection! Thank you so much!

Good selection of wines across a range of styles and prices. I had excellent help in selecting some bottles from the description of the type of wine i generally like. The assistance i got was very helpful, not pushy on price and most importantly non-patronising. I recommend it, if you need a nice bottle or two and are in the area.

We popped in on a Wednesday evening and had a couple of tapas platters and wine. Excellent quality of both food and wine. Not the cheapest of course but real quality wines do cost. Nice ambience and the owner was knowledgeable and welcoming. Will be going again!

Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. Fabien and Chris were so attentive and ready to actually tell me wine. It's a nice place to explore a wide range of wine selections without breaking the bank.

This is such a cozy, relaxing wine bar. We went for a wine tasting and LOVED our experience. It lasted for about 1.5 hrs, and we got to try a tapa each, and 3 wines, plus a dessert wine. The couple who run this wine bar are lovely. The tapas and wine were amazing! Definitely will be back!

I've placed online orders with Tell Me Wine for the last 3 years at Christmas and have always been really impressed with their service.

There's a great selection of wines and the staff are very helpful when I've had questions about gift wrapping and delivery.

Our new favourite date night. A lovely little wine bar run by a lovely couple. Very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly. The charcuterie board blew us away - we ordered a second one. We will be back!

A fantastic wine shop offering a wide selection of wines, beer and spirits, as well as cigars and some deli products. You can also book a table for tapas and wine tastings. There are lots of various events hosted by the owners, so worth checking their social media pages for details.

First time buyer today , won’t be the last time. What a very stylish setup with very knowledgeable owners who give off their passion for wine. Went in for one bottle but left with two as the prices are great for wine you won’t find in your supermarkets.

Went to Tell Me Wine for the first time tonight - superb. Great choice of drinks (HUGE choice), very friendly and knowledgable owners and tasty nibbles (we had the tapenade and toast - very large portion, delicious). Also sells what seemed like hundreds of wines in the store
as well as balsamic vinegars, liquers and oils. Only downside I would say is there is a small food menu, particularly for vegetarians/vegans. Might be worth thinking of expanding that in the future depending on the place's success. Would recommend.

I love this shop! The knowledge and passion that Chris and Fabien have is amazing. We have been to a few of the wine tastings and they are great fun. But above all the wines they sell are truly special. Cant recommend them enough

This couple, from France, really know their wines. Both passionate about it and Fabian from a wine background.
You have to check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

Christine and Fabien have a super knowledge of wines, especially French of course, and are so good at teaching us about it!
We have a monthly subscription, that is delivered to our door and always a pleasant surprise, helping us to discover new French and World wines.
Tell Me Wine offer a tempting refill service, stock spirits, cider and beer, all of which are top quality and interesting. There are even cheeses and other food accompaniments available and of course, Christine and Fabien know how to match them with the drinks!

Fabian did a wine tasting for my hen party - he was amazing!!!! 100% book him. He was so knowledgeable and interesting but also funny. We all bought some of his delicious wine afterwards!

The owner is very accommodating and lovely, very helpful and overall amazing. Food quality is through the roof!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!!!!

An interesting place. I went inside and chatted to the proprietor. A good stock of wines and they offer wine tastings too. Very near a large public car park.
