Very happy!! Excellent service from Tom. 😁👍 Took my bike into the shop for a full service, it came back like brand new, fresh bearings. New seals,
new pads, shock is pumped up dropper seat fixed 😁👌etc etc... no more speaks and i can stop now 😂 theres loads of nice bits in the shop, managed to get myself a nice set of fox front forks at a bargain price fitted 😁😁👌, there's some nice rigs in there for sale as well 😍😍😍 I'll be back😎

Definitely my new bike shop to go to, literally took my sons bike to look at his brake on mafia blackjack, within 5 minutes, tom got the bike, drained the oil out, and put new oil in, brilliant price, loads of knowledge, will definitely be back 😊😊

Back in June 2022, my son was having problems with the gear box on his Giant Fathom 2020 and we were recommended Tom by a friend, we have used Sherwood Pines in the past.
We dropped the bike off, Tom inspected the bike and diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate of the cost. We were extremely happy with the service Tom provided, fast turn around time and fair price, he also gave my son 2 bottles of bike cleaner at no additional cost. Tom advised us that the gears may need some additional tweaking over time and to bring it back if there were any problems. We have recently had to return the bike as there was an issue relating to the gears but once again, Tom provided excellent service, turn around time was just a day and again, a fair price paid for the works completed, I would also like to add, Tom kindly got the bike in/out of the car for me and took it up/down the stairs at the shop, something I would have struggled with had it not been for Tom’s excellent customer service! We will not hesitate to use Tom in the future: fast, fair and efficient service! Thank you Tom!

Bike was well overdue for a service. First time at the works since moving to Edwinstowe. Very happy to recommend Tom for the quality of his work. Bikes as good as new.

My son went to to this shop today , after getting a puncture and explained to them he was out with friends and couldn’t get home to our village 6 miles away and had no cash on him! They agreed to give him a new inner tube for free in return for good review! How kind is that! Thank you so much 😊

I came back to England from Australia for the summer with a new bike which was only partially built thanks to current shipping delays, and took the bike up to Tom to fit the bottom bracket and headset. Knowing I was hoping to travel to Wales for a weekend of riding he went above and beyond to fit the parts, and ended up fitting the cranks and cutting down the steerer and bars for me. I'd hoped to finish the remainder prior to leaving but got stuck without the tools and Tom rescued me the morning of our trip away. Tom charged significantly less for doing all of this, and made a fantastic job of it. This business is an absolute asset to the town, and exactly the sort of thing Edwinstowe needs to help with the recent surge of interest in cycling here. Would recommend to anyone needing work on their bike.

Just been to visit the shop for the first time. Tom really knows his stuff. Sorted my bike out on the spot, no messing around. He was happy to answer any questions I had and also offered advice on places to ride. He gave me advice on parts of my bike I needed to keep an eye on and even offered to index my gears. There's some really nice bits of kit in there too all at fair prices if you don't want the pain of waiting online for something. Great bike shop and great guy running it. A great example of how a local business should be run.

My regular bike mechanic retired recently but fortunately a mate pointed me in the direction of Tom when I had a problem with my drivetrain. I had been told that it would probably need to be replaced but Tom quickly diagnosed a break in the gear cable. He sorted it promptly for me and he also did a great job replacing my bar tape. Very reasonable rates. I recommend him for both his work and his advice.

Very friendly, professional, good laugh and understanding of what we want etc prices are great for the quality of products, it's great that he collects bikes as we can't fit ours in car lol fully recommended :)

I spoke to Tom who advised me on what parts I needed for my bike. He was very helpful and posted the parts out to me the next day, I received them all within 24 hours. I would defo recommend this shop for parts and ask to speak to Tom who will offer sound advice. Thanks for your help, will be back soon for some more bits.

I’ve taken in my gravel bike and has it serviced and fixed a few times. Always get the best help. I’m slowly reaching the mtb scene and Tom is being extremely helpful.

I drove all the way from Manchester to visit. I bought a secondhand bike. Whilst I was in the shop I was talking with Tom and without saying anything he popped the bike onto its stand and started to fettle around. He replaced a cable for the suspension lockout, bled the brakes, fine tuned the back brakes calibration and tested everything else. He then gave me the bike back and said I didn't owe him anything extra.

You can tell Tom has a huge amount of passion for his work and cares alot about his customers. Based on my experience I don't know how anyone has left a one star review.

I also think, just because it may take an expert half an hour to do work doesn't mean they don't have the right to charge you £60 for example, they've accumulated years of experience, probably made every mistake there is to make and also have tools to outlay for and overheads to pay, it may have taken them half an hour but would probably take others (me included) a few hours and a lot of cursing.

Would recommend this shop to anyone who has a love of mountain bikes.

Unbelievable service. Been in 3 times now, each time I needed help quick as I was riding the next day. Tom is really helpful and most of all, you can be safe in the knowledge that you’re not going to be ripped off!

visited new workshop at Edwinstowe to get my rear wheel gear cassette replaced excellent prompt friendly service. I will be using works cycling specialists for all my repair and parts in future. Top quality staff.

Best cycle shop around. Went to halfords at first and was let down and told a couple of weeks to be seen. Went to this awesome shop and the lads had me sorted in no time whilst I waited. Full service and bled the brakes for me. 100% recommend. Brilliant service.

Lovely bloke came in with a flat and supplied me with a inertube for no cost helped me fit it aswell recommend him to anyone 10/10
