Excellent service today. I had ordered various items but hadn't managed to use my 10 pound discount voucher when I ordered online. The young man who served me managed to refund it to me with no fuss. Much appreciated.

Did a click and collect today. Washing machine fitting. Got home wrong fitting. My fault ! Went back to store. Within minutes I’d got my refund and left with the correct part. That’s how it’s should be done. In fact I’ve never had a problem in this store. Thanks staff. Doing a good job 👍🏻

Brilliant you don't have to wander about looking for what you are after, you just walk upto the counter and ask a member of staff they then check to see if its in stock and they go and get it for you, of course you can also look online order what you want then go and get it or have it delivered also there's the catalogue you can look through then you have the same choices fetch it or have it delivered any one of those can save you a lot of time and its not expensive either.

I go to Screwfix using the trade entrance and visit quite often. The staff are really nice and helpful and remember me the next time I visit. They will always offer guidance if needed and help me if I can't carry everything. The prices are very reasonable and they open long hours, seven days a week. You can go on line to order and pay and just collect your items when you arrive. Excellent.

Very good always have plenty of choice stock levels are good if it's out of stock very likely to be there the next day or they can look to see if another store has it in stock plus shop online check stock before you go and you can reserve it till you get there.

Great service. Pretty much got everything I needed at the time. Returns process was great as I bought clothing in the wrong size and they had no problem with returning it.

Whatever you need in a hurry don't go rushing around to b&q, wicks or the other come here you'll find what you need in the right quantity at a far more reasonable price and better service. You can have it delivered too

Almost everything you may for on site or DIY including womens work clothing. Staff friendly and very helpful, can get most items in by 12noon next day if out of stock.
