I live in West Yorkshire & when visiting Burnham market l hot foot it up the steep stairs in Anna’s to the sale room to seek a bargain! I always manage to find something nice & today it was a pink/ black animal print crop sweat reduced dramatically!!!
I am posting this because I’ve seen the negative reviews. I am neither beautiful, rich nor famous but l was treated very nicely & chatted in general with a lovely sales associate. I was not made to feel uncomfortable & enjoyed another shopping experience here! Sheena Brook

Anna’s shop is a must if you are in Burnham Market! The staff are lovely and always very helpful. Every time I buy something form this shop - people always ask me where I got it from!

Great store, the customer service is amazing and they always have such a good selection. Whenever I go in I never leave empty handed!

I can't say I had a truly awful experience but from reading the other reviews I can see that the attitudes of the customer service staff haven't changed much over the years. I like being left to browse whilst shopping so I was okay with them chatting amongst themselves and completely ignoring me but when I actually wanted to buy something they had an air of superiority and impatience....this coupled with the asphyxiating cloud of perfume they'd been spraying since I arrived made me quite keen to leave and in no hurry to return.

Some of the older serving staff are not very friendly. It’s not good to look down your nose at your customers

Dreadfully rude and poor service!! This is not an isolated incident - the staff at this store are always rather rude, unhelpful and snotty. Shame as we love the other Anna stores. The ladies in the Holt and in the Primrose Hill store are wonderful.

I concur with the review left by Mr Brown on behalf of his wife. Indeed, an awful, rude ignorant woman! We had a lovely time walking around Burnham Market and decided to pop into the shop as I was interested in a jumper and coat, displayed in the window. My husband asked a question of the older blonde lady, only to be greeted with an abrupt and superior tone advising him that if he was going to touch items in the shop then he should ensure that his face mask covered his nose at all times; it had slipped whilst talking. It wasn’t just her remark that upset us, but her supercilious manner. I quietly suggested that we leave immediately as I wouldn’t spend a penny with that unpleasant woman. Such a shame as there were a number of items of interest to me.

I was very disappointed when I visited this shop as I was ignored on entering by both assistants and also when I left. They were too busy with their own conversations. I do not think it is too much to expect some courtesy. They lost another sale.

I spent over £300 in this shop in March went in today interested in the denim shirt and belt on a mannequin in the window, the older blondish assistant who was on her own, couldn't even be bothered to look at us and say hello let alone say can I help you, the shop lost out on a sale
