Cafe Stowa

Clean, fast service and tasty sausage bap. Coffee was good as was the carrot cake! No idea what others had to moan about. Toilets were spotless. Recommend this place before visiting the village.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was flustered while ordering as my very elderly in-laws were all over the place and I was trying to get them to say what they wanted. It was all getting very confusing. The lady serving me was very understanding and changed everything without a problem, even giving me a complimentary sausage roll !

Good cafe, serving reasonable selection of snacks, etc.. Service efficient, but a little slow, possibly due to lots of customers.

Went in for a flat white and latte, the coffee was like water.
The price of the drinks for the quality you get is laughable.
You could make better coffee at home.
The two ladies inside weren't the friendliest either.

Cafe was clean and welcoming, but the coffee was disappointing at best - little more than hot black water.

Our family wanted to support this restaurant today after our first visit to the Anglo Saxon village, but strangely we were turned away!

As it was 3:25pm, I did ask if there were any items not available due to the time and was told they wouldn't be serving any food at all as they were all done for the day and closing in 15min.

The dining room was empty and we would've been happy with having the cake slices sitting on displayas takeaway with packaged drinks from the refrigerator.

It was McDonald's for us today. Next time we'll know to pack a picnic lunch instead.

Not recommend.
Bad coffee and the food is worse.
