Great customer service, always willing to help out whenever I go in. Extremely hard working people, don't envy them dealing with the kind of customers I regularly see in there

Staff are very efficient, they are rarely out of stock of the medications I need and it never takes too long for them to be ready.

I think the negative reviews are from people all going at the same time i.e. rush hour. It's a small store and as such they probably can't deal with the rush. Have a bit of patience with them. My personal experience, I went in with a new prescription, handed it over to them in less than a minute and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes due to them being busy. I came back 30 minutes later and it was all packed ready to go. Top service

Major improvement at Boots in Blandford. Very short queue today and prescription all ready to collect. Received a text saying it was ready and it was. All good 👍

Nice and clean with plastic clear barriers for the staff. Went in and they said I needed to see the pharmacist, saw him and was gone in about 5 minutes flat without even booking.

Went above and beyond today when I appeared on their doorstep for my partners medication. Despite them being run off their feet. Excellent!

Generally good but may be struggling with some medications and sheer number of people requiring prescriptions hence sometimes long queue for dispensery.

Chose to shop at lunchtime this time. Not a good Idea as staff on lunchbreaks and customers using their lunchbreak to collect prescriptions or do some shopping. My fault entirely. Next time I will visit during the morning when it will be quieter with more staff available.

They do a great job and were the best throughout the Pandemic, cannot praise them enough, Many thanks Terry and Sue 👍👍

Service quality very helpful even new meds they will spend time
reading through and talk you through how to take best time intervals .

If in a rush your better off coming to this Boots to make up your prescription as it is usually not as busy.
